We had a great time! So close to the beach and multiple playgrounds for the baby! We really enjoyed our stay 🧡🍂🎃

Had an amazing time here and didn’t want to leave! Our favorites were the location (across the street from the beach) and hot tub. I was especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was - we never needed to buy coffee or spices for cooking.

You will be surprised to be able to see the sunrise from your bedroom, have cocktails on a little beach on the brackish Shrewsbury River with windsurfers trying their luck, walk to Bahr's seafood resto or Proving Ground tavern with good beer and food and views -- great location and quiet at night and interesting to watch clammers ride out in their little boats in the morning.

This is a beautiful, serene, super clean home and the surrounding area is incredible. Talai helped us feel right at home throughout our stay and did a great job addressing a few minor hiccups that occurred due to a storm right before we arrived. Based on these interactions as well as the lovely, thoughtful touches throughout the home, really made me feel like this is a place where people have invested in a unique and beautiful space they really care about. It really stood out amongst so many airbnbs that, while clean and well-appointed, can feel a bit sterile. In short, I would recommend this place to anyone ! A note to future visitors that the walk to the sand is 5 minutes and there is also a very long sandy beach to traverse, too. It was fine for us but it's something to know if you're not familiar with the area, which has a wide beach.

Perfect location for a Thanksgiving get away. Super close to the ocean and the little downtown area. Access to Morehead City and beautiful Beaufort is just minutes away. The house efficiently packs 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with a fully loaded kitchen. Beautiful sunsets and amazing ocean walks. Communication with Steve is a solid 10!!!

William was a wonderful host for our family members in town after we had to get them out abruptly from another stay due to a safety concern. He accommodated an early check in and early check out and was very kind in his communications. He even offered a military discount which we so very much appreciated after being out the money from the first stay. The place was larger than it looks from the outside, right by the water and nicely decorated. Backyard would have been great with pets. Very close to all local restaurants and boardwalk! If we have family in town again we will certainly rebook! Thank you again!

what a beautiful place. the 4 cottages are perfect for a large family gathering while still allowing independence. they cottages are newly renovated and the outdoor showers are must. they have fenced area for your job to play and that is priceless in this day and age. the close proximity to EVERYTHING is amazing and makes for quick trips out. the host were extremely professional and responded quickly. I cannot wait to stay here again.

My family enjoyed our stay. We were comfortable and everything needed was provided. We really enjoyed spending time at the pool and cooking out. The area is peaceful and beautiful.

It was exactly as the picture appeared!! It was a super charming, quiet place for a quick girls trip to Tryon!

This was a last minute and unexpected retreat for peaceful prayer and reflection and boy was it perfect. Robert & Anne are incredible hosts. They are attentive, caring, humble, and the love with which this oasis was created is palpable. This is one of those spots where you feel more you’re visiting with an old friend or family and simply melt into relaxation and sweat off the stresses in the sauna. The property is a gem and such a blessed treat! Can’t wait to come back!

Just spent Thanksgiving weekend at the Bugaboo. What a delightful house. I arrived late Wednesday night and quickly discovered there was no running water. With Thanksgiving being the next day, I assumed nothing could be done until Friday. However, much to my surprise, Rita and Elaine were right on it, knocking on the door early Thursday morning to let me know that water would be restored within hours. And it was! I was so impressed with the quick response and handling of the situation. Before checking out on Sunday, Elaine again visited and told me I didn’t have to rush to be out of the house at checkout time because no one was coming in that day. Again, pleasantly surprised and appreciative. The icing on the cake was that the host reimbursed me for one night’s stay because of the water situation even though I didn’t ask for it or expect it. I definitely plan to rent Bugaboo again. It’s clean, has nice furniture, a most comfortable bed, a great kitchen and a great location!

Angela's house was as described, easy to find, and comfortable. We had everything we needed! We appreciated the homey feel, the tasteful decorations, and even though we did not get a chance to use the back porch, it was secluded and setup very nicely. Great stay!

I was in the area to visit with family so am familiar with Pinehurst / Southern Pines. I enjoyed my stay in the cottage. It matches the pictures that are on the listing. I had my 2 cats, Millie and Bandit, with me. They enjoyed looking out the window. Our last day was a beautiful day for December so we enjoyed the screen porch for awhile that morning. It has everything that I needed. It is a place I would stay in again. Thanks to the host for being pet friendly to cats!! I have discovered that pet friendly on Airbnb can come with restrictions.

This location is a gem! The unit I cozy, clean, comfy, and a very short walk from town. Beth was a kind and responsive host. We will stay here again!

Joanna and Jamie were awesome hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed. We were there during the Asheville flood, and Joanna offered for us to eat with their family, to insure we had food and supplies. Also the place was amazingly stocked. You can just show up with your clothes, everything else is there.

This was a great place close to the Mooresville Performing Arts Center- about an 7-8 minute drive! Very convenient and met our needs. Kitchen had all of the appliances we needed and checkout instructions were so easy, not tons of directions like some places. The bunk bed room was great for the kids!
