Monthly Rentals in Piskavica

The apartment is 100 meters from the heart of the city center (between pedestrian zone/party corner and the square and the mosques. The parliament/government district is perhaps 400 m away; the large church and the historic mosque as well). Due to the location on the 10th floor, it is relatively quiet or quieter. A difference from the ground floor. The view from the balcony is great on the mountains. Directly opposite is a small supermarket, comparable to Rewe City; 200 m is a shopping center on the edge of the pedestrian zone with a large supermarket in the basement. It doesn't get any better, we were very very positively surprised. The apartment is probably privately occupied in the non-rented times. This is also noticeable in the inviting furnishings, including the kitchen.

Amazing host!!! We loved every second of being in Banja Luka and Vitomir was very very helpful and told us where to go and what to do in our free time. The apartman was spotless, very modern and equipped with all necessities! We'll be visiting again!!👍

This is one of the most beautiful Airbnbs that we've been so far. The apartment is luminous and fully equipped with some nice details. Location is great and both Tanja and Daniel were excellent hosts, kind, helpful and responsive. Since parking can be an issue, they provided us with a place in garage, which was a lifesaver! We plan to come back here :)
