Ellen’s little oasis was immaculate and cozy . She went way above herself in providing more amenities than most airbnbs even sunscreen and body lotions . She was very generous with her offerings including gourmet coffee . I will most definitely return . It’s in a beautiful peaceful desert landscape yet close drive to historic downtown and shopping stores It’s a wonderful desert experience Do bring a flash lite !

Super sweet small casita in the private peaceful area of pinos altos. We loved this lil town and staying here was a treat. The hosts were friendly and we had a great stay. The one thing to note if you have a dog: there is a small fenced in yard but it’s off to the side of the front door- so you have to go outside to let your dog in/out of the enclosed area.

We had a great weekend at the Tiny House! It was our first time visiting the Gila National Forest and it won’t be the last. The house was perfect. It was in a beautiful location, was secluded and provided plenty of peace and quiet. Julie was very friendly and reached out to us before the trip to let us know the house would be ready a little earlier than expected.

We stayed Hellen’s place for 3 nights for family duties and ancestral research in Silver City and Gilda Mountains. It was hot season in Silver City during our stay; bed room has the air-con unit to sleep comfortably. Hope updates are coming to other rooms part for summer travelers. Location is very quiet and safe neighborhood with an interesting history that is related to the family home at the end of the street. We can park our car right in front of the door, which is very convenient to carry bags in and out. Rooms are sparkling clean. Organic coffee with French press is great novelty. She asked me for the choice of creamer in advance, and organic half and half was waiting for us in the refrigerator as well as other fruits. Hellen kindly offered us home-made muffins. They are delicious! We went restaurants that Hellen recommended for dinner and breakfast. We enjoyed all the food there. Thank you the thoughtfulness and hospitality. We enjoyed the stay.
