Awesome stay. Wonderful vibes. Just beside lake with ok ok swimming pool. Rooms are very small and bathrooms need ventilation. Overall good experience. Caretaker was very helpful.

Three of us family members stayed here for 5 nights. It's a peaceful area and the villa is well equipped. It has a kind of homely feeling. The place has a soul unlike the modern , bland places. We enjoyed our stay and would like to stay here again sometime in future.

The apartment offers good value for the price you pay and is conveniently located near Baga Beach. While the property is slightly old, it is well-maintained, and the linens are clean. However, the only downside was the cleanliness of the pool, which could be improved.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, Saksham, our host, was incredibly proactive and helpful, checking in periodically to ensure we had everything we needed. His hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. The place itself is a perfect retreat for anyone looking for peace away from the noise, surrounded by chirping birds and serene backwaters. It’s an ideal space for couples, with well-arranged, comfortable rooms that add to the charm. Saksham has fishing equipments arranged to enjoy fishing right from the balcony. Despite the peaceful setting, convenience is never an issue—Swiggy, Zomato, bike rentals, and cabs are easily available, making it hassle-free to get around or order food. We loved our stay so much that we’re already planning to visit again for a longer duration! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway.

Vinod really is a superhost. He lives just on the floor above and genuinely cares about his guests. Pooja and Vinod's home is lovely and they have decorated it tastefully.

Super helpful staff And stunning location in south Goa You will likely need 1-1,5h to reach this place from airport. But totally worth it!

Pratit's place is overwhelming in its beauty and serenity - words fail me when I try to describe how absolutely breathtaking the experience was. The rooms are well equipped, with a private bathroomworh high pressure shower for each room. Each room has a separate entrance, the upper floor has a common outdoor area, perfect to enjoy the view. The lower floor has a functional kitchen which you barely need to use as the team or Subramanium and Sudha take care of your every need without you needing to lift a finger. Don't go here if you are looking for digital entertainment or loud music/television. it's the spot to read, to watch birds (flocks of them, my binoculars were well used), to take calm walks and to watch the fish jump. For a lakeside location, the rooms are also well maintained, with minimum invasion of insects or moths. We really could not expect better. A special mention for dog lovers - your dog couldn't be happier and the people could not be friendlier to your pet.

Wilfred was an extremely accommodating host, assisting us to book taxis very helpfully and making sure we had everything we need! A cute tucked away spot on the lake, within walking/ tuk tuk of Old Goa

Sophie's place was everything that we needed as a family. Sophie was also very available for a call about all the queries I had given, a toddler in our midst. The villa had all amenities including large array of pots and pans, RO water, etc housekeeping was very well done every single day, the supermarket and restaurants were walking distance, the property itself was stunning. All in all highly recommended. At the end my child missed "her home" terribly, and we all echoed her sentiments. Thanks a lot Sophie, for a memorable vacation.
