Holiday houses in Pieman River

Stuart's place was exactly as described and the close proximity to Cradle Mountain was what helped us make the decision to stay there. very comfortable and would recommend to friends

Perfect Stay! extremely well-appointed little cottage with the sweetest touches to complete a home away from home feeling (eg freshly baked cookies, fresh fluffy white towels, breakfast supplies, fresh flowers on the bedsides, plenty of wood for a cosy fire). The photos don't really do this place jsutice, it was much better that we expected and Margaret was helpful, friendly and responsive. Would love to come back. Close to the harbour and the local store.

We stayed for a few nights over Christmas. Plenty of space for us to while away the hours. Nice spacious kitchen and dining area. There was even christmas decorations and a Christmas tree Even though its’s on Port Road it was still very quiet. Loved the outdoor shower with hot water after a brisk swim! We really enjoyed our stay.

We fell in love with Melissa’s magnificent home and property. The house is spotlessly clean and immaculately presented, the grounds and countryside are very peaceful. The property is well situated for visits to Cradle Mountain, especially with Melissa’s shortcut directions. Melissa is a lovely host, who we hope to see again on future visits.

Alison is a good host. You can get everything you want inside the house. The location is very quiet. Alison showed us her pet sheep and let us feed them. She also introduced Arabella, a strong but gentle cow, to us. We really enjoyed our stay in the quiet place. We highly recommend this place to all of you who want quietness. Thank Alison for everything you did for us.

What a stunning location! Incredibly peacful to just sit and watch the water and the wind transform through the day. We felt so welcome, the kitchen was so generouly stocked and made cooking a breeze. Thank you!

We had a comfortable stay and having the beach across the road was lovely. The house is well appointed with everything thought of. Spare towels and sharp kitchen knives were even provided. The house was great for the family. Though because of the stairs I would avoid if you have little kids. We enjoyed the proximity to Penguin and other local attractions (wings wildlife park was a good visit). The kids enjoyed seeing the train go past a few times a day and the beach was wonderful to explore at high and low tide. Only issue was the very slow internet which is a feature of the area but if you’re on holiday it’s good to get off the screens. Definitely recommend staying here.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Vanessa and Colin were amazing hosts, super friendly and responsive and had thought of everything at the property! So many little things that made a huge difference - so many games, puzzles, and the best equipped kitchen we've seen in an airbnb. The kids had a great time and we all felt at home. Over the road from the beach and just a short walk to Sister's Creek, such a great location. The outdoor shower and choices for outdoor dining were brilliant. Can't recommend this place highly enough, we'll definitely be back!
