Guesthouse holiday rentals in Phillip Island

Recently stayed at Georgia's. A beautiful country escape not too far from the city with lovely views. Directions and check-in were very easy and her place had everything we needed for our short stay. Will definitely return at some stage Thank you 😊

A quiet and beautiful retreat, tucked away from the main road and pleasantly private. Daylight filtered through the open living and dining area, which was lovely to enjoy. A stones throw from Balnarrings local village and a great central point to all the wineries near by. Beth was lovely and very responsive and treated us with a little breakfast goodies, including the most delightful home made jam I have ever tasted! . The space was super clean and well equipped with all the necessities including toiletries, towels kitchen utensils etc. Would definitely book this stay again! thank you Beth

A peaceful, quiet and relaxed stay over the long weekend. We had everything we needed and the proximity to the beach and nearby Cowes was an added bonus. Well looked after property, good amenities and a very responsive host.

Lovely stay at Jenines property. The property is close to the beach and shops/restaurants - which is so convenient and easy. The apartment was kept clean and has a nice secluded feel to it.

Such a wonderful place to stay in Philip island. So close to everything but in such a peaceful, quiet location. The place itself is very clean and had all the things we would need for our stay. The bed was super comfortable too. The host was very friendly and met us as soon as we got there to introduce herself which was lovely. I’d recommend staying here if you are coming to Philip island.

This place is simply beautiful. A lovely little retreat to relax in. Caroline and Richard were great hosts, writing us a personalised card to make us feel welcome as well as lots of suggestions for local things to do and places to eat. We could not have felt more comfortable. We'll definitely be staying with them again next time we are down.

Great location which is quiet but only a short walk to Mornington.

This Airbnb exceeded all expectations—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The host was welcoming and responsive, making check-in seamless. We had a great couple nights away here. Rebecca was great and responded to all my messaging leading up and during our stay. We stayed with our family and the kids loved the big open space outdoors and getting to see some sheep. Was a great getaway.

We had a great stay at the Bungalow. It was the perfect spot for our first little family get away with our 6 month old baby and dog Sizzle. The garden was lovely and being able to feed the hens was a fun experience. We had everything we needed inside and enjoyed the morning sun coming through the windows. Would definitely come back to the Bungalow!

A great stay in a beautiful location right on the water, only a few metres to the beach. The house was well setup and had a lovely deck to sit on looking out over the water. It was excellent value! Christine was super helpful in her interactions, and went out of her way to help return something we left behind.

Robyn and John were outstanding hosts - warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. Their guesthouse was spotless, beautifully appointed, and the little touches (complimentary wine & Easter chocolate) made our stay feel extra special. We loved chatting with them and really appreciated their recommendations to make the most out of our holiday. The location couldn’t be better: at the end of the street is a stunning cliff lookout that’s perfect for sunrise and sunset views, and just a short drive - or a pleasant 5–10 minute walk - brings you to the Flinders strip with its general store, café, wine bar, and more. Everything is so convenient, yet you still feel wonderfully secluded. Couldn’t recommend this charming Flinders retreat more highly!

We had such a great stay at Coolart Studios! It has stunning grounds and surrounds, and the studio set-up was great. Absolutely loved the bedroom and bathroom - felt very fancy and spacious.
