Thanks Fi for a fabulous stay! Your place had something special for everyone and was truly a well equipped ‘home away from home’. Our only regret is that we didn’t book longer! Hopefully we are lucky enough to return again one day for longer 😊 Thanks also for being an amazing host and for promptly answering all the questions I had too. You were such a pleasure to deal with. It was such a delightful trip! The entire house felt warm and welcoming, and the huge backyard gave my dog the perfect holiday too. I absolutely loved the bedding — it was incredibly soft and comfortable. Best of all, there was an awesome sound system in the living room that made our stay even more fun. If I return to Phillip Island, I’ll definitely stay here again!

Unpretentious older house about a 5 min drive into Cowes. Private access to beach. Wallabies and birds came up to the back fence for a feed. Possums ate our Easter eggs in the backyard on Easter Sunday morning egg hunt! We loved Richard’s house. It has a great vibe and plenty of space for three kids, five adults and our dog. Kids loved the table tennis. It was good to be away from the crowds in the Main Street. Beautiful walks along the beach which was so accessible. Richard and crew were great to communicate with.

I loved Merelle’s stunning light filled and perfectly decorated mid century beach house and wish I could have stayed forever! It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay from the well equipped and stocked kitchen to the comfortable chairs in the sitting room around the fireplace , canoes /kayaks and beach chairs , washing machine/dryer and old hills hoist and outdoor setting as well as a functional yard for our dog. She has incredible style from the beautiful linen to the retro furnishings and is very eco friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with, responsive and friendly and very generous with early check in and late check out without even having to ask. And the area has so much to offer / so much to see and do on the Peninsula all within a half hour drive. I will be back for sure! Thank you Merelle 😁

Vicky was so helpful, positive and responsive to queries. Killy Views is light, bright and has such a spacious feeling with high ceilings in the dining and lounge areas, also nice little homely touches with the white, beach blue and sealife pillow designs and well equipped kitchen. We sat on the back balcony for sunrise across the rural hills and the front balcony for great sunsets over ocean and hill, also views along the coast from the front balcony sun chairs and the seeing the Milky Way milky with so many stars was a bonus. There were throw rugs and logs for the fire (didn't use them as hot weekend, but noted for the cooler months) such a lovely change from our usual 'no view' homes. The house is on a slip road behind the main Bass Highway, with a steady stream of traffic on the Friday and Monday of a public holiday long weekend, but such a convenient spot to just walk to several attractions (bridge, beach, rail trail) and close to other rivers and Archie's Hotel for a music gig.

We had a lovely stay over the long weekend at Sharon’s place. Set in a quiet cul de sac within a direct 5 minutes walk to the beach, this place is ideal for couples looking for a getaway. The unit is beautifully appointed with great facilities and plenty of room. A straightforward 20 mins walk into the town with plenty of options to grab a coffee. Highly recommended.
