Monthly Rentals in Perugia

Beautiful, beautiful place- very tastefully done and so cozy. Valentina is a lovely host who helped us out with finding local spots and restaurants. We loved our time in Perugia and would love to return and stay in Valentina’s gorgeous apartment!

I have been a relatively frequent Airbnb customer since 2016 (especially in Italy, apartments and villas) and can keep it relatively short here compared to other properties: the stay was perfect from the booking process. The initial exchange with my Australian journalist colleague Will was always quick and friendly, the contact with his local representative Angelo and Sara was also pleasant and very efficient. The apartment is exactly as described, and I can underline every praise in previous reviews. The basic amenities are generous, from coffee powder to washing machine tab. The folder with Will's detailed tips should also be very helpful for Perugia beginners. The view of the old town from the bedroom and living room is spectacular and was one of the reasons I preferred Will's apartment to an Airbnb accommodation in the same area in Perugia that I stayed in the previous year.

Kosmas was a superlative host. He was always very kind and supportive, provided wonderful hospitality, and was extremely helpful. The place was nicely decorated and very cozy, and the bed was terribly comfortable for those needing a good night’s rest. The apartment matched the description well, and the neighborhood was excellent, far enough away from the crowded center, but easily walkable to get to the historic center of town . The apartment had all the amenities, and so would be good for short or long-term stay.. In sum, highly recommended. Thank you, Kosmas.
