Monthly Rentals in Perry County

My family and I really enjoyed this little get away. The camper has all sorts of extras like fun board games, dvds, flashlights. If you are worried you forgot something she’ll most likely have it in the camper waiting! Location was great for a secluded stay. We enjoyed the fire pit and badminton! My one suggestion would be to bring some lights to string outside as it got pretty dark around the fire pit! We will definitely be back.

Fern's Cottage is a lovely retreat in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood - perfect for couples! It was immaculately clean and very comfortable. I'd like to return in warmer weather to take advantage of the pool, and maybe bring some binoculars to spy on birds (the property is a designated bird sanctuary). It is close to Little Rock and Maumelle, and an easy drive to Conway. Our hosts were friendly and communicative and easy to work with. It was the perfect place for us to recharge and reconnect in between visits with family. I would definitely recommend this property. Oh - and Memphis is just the sweetest, goodest doggo ever!
