Holiday rentals with a pool in Pereque Beach

We stayed at The House, super complete space, with 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen with all items of everyday life, service area and barbecue area. Extremely quiet place, 2 minutes away from markets, shops (walking). Farther ahead of gas station, bars and the beach. The space is beautiful, spotless. Helena super attentive.

The stay was very quiet, safe, and comfortable, has air-conditioning in all the rooms, the condominium beach really is not very good, we take the stay to get to know the beautiful island and other most indicated beaches, in general, we love the experience

The house is great! Her funds give to an unspoiled forest, giving more warmth to the local. It is very well equipped and had all the amenities of the description, including air-conditioning in all environments. When we had difficulty turning on the TV, one of the hosts went there to assist us. We paid the extra to have towels and bedding and everything was right and clean. You've met our expectations! The house is in a condominium that just cross the street (the main avenue) you are already on the beach, and is located in the most quiet and residential beach area (but it was not an impediment to enjoying the trendiest side of Maresias). I and my family (including our puppy) loved and we would definitely be staying in the house again

We passed the Réveillon at Solar Siriúba and had an amazing experience! The house is extremely airy, providing a pleasant climate even on the hotter days. The integration with nature is one of the highlights, with lots of surrounding greenery, birds and a view that makes the stay even more special. The structure of the house is excellent, all very well cared for and organized, which made us feel very at ease. The communal spaces are large and ideal for group moments, but there are also more reserved areas for those looking for tranquility. I recommend it to those seeking a comfortable and harmonious refuge with nature, especially for special occasions such as New Year's. We will definitely return!

My family and I have absolutely nothing negative to talk about the house! We were super well accommodated, the house is spectacular, excellent location. We don't have to take the car out once at night, as the best restaurants are in the area. We would like to emphasize how well Rose Zé welcomed us, with a lot of education and sympathy! They take care of the home and well-being of guests with such affection. Amamos spend the week at the house, and we definitely intend to go back. And we thank Rafael, for always responding with agility, very proactive!

We spent incredible days in this wonderful home! The location is perfect, very close to a spectacular beach with crystal clear water and white sand. The house is super cozy, clean and organized, with everything we needed to make us feel at home. We loved the pool of the property and my teenage children used wi-fi and television a lot, where they could connect a console and play with friends. The hostess, Frederica, was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay. House well located, all equipment working perfectly. Towels and clean bed linens. The only problem was the witch's beach was improper for bathing.

My family and I felt at home in Cleuber's home! He from the beginning was helpful and attentive and helped me with a lot of information about the beaches, restaurants, etc. The apartment is a grace, super functional and well clean! As promised, we returned. It was our second lodging in Maria Dolores's chalet. In the meantime the condominium made improvements in the pool area. The chalet remains faithful to the pictures. Space clean, organized, quiet. Air conditioning is an important differential. And sleep listening to the waves hitting the coast in Toque-Toque more important even. A very well equiped kitchen. The information provided by Dolores was very complete and assisted us in the stay. Check-in and check-out was efficient. Let's keep coming back.
