This property is wonderful, everything was very nice. From the attention of the host to the gentleness of the gatekeepers. We had a small misconception about schedules, but it was an error of the app, and it didn't get in the way of our stay. O Marcos super polite and considerate, we will be back for sure. An ideal accommodation for a few days, already has many utensils that facilitate long stays, beautiful and very clean apartment. The condominium offers many leisure options even on rainy days, in addition to the swimming pool being very large. Our only difficulty occurred in the location of the vacancies within the condominium, it would be interesting to get more help from the gate.

My stay was great, the location is excellent: even on fuller days the beach was still relatively empty in front of the building, very familiar environment, in addition to waking up and looking at the sea: there is no price! It was crossing the street and was on the beach, super easy for those who have a child and always want to go to the bathroom or need something that stayed at home. Betânia was very nice and, really, I didn't have to talk to her during her stay, because everything was organized, the instructions she left were enough and I had no problems in the 15 days I spent there. I will definitely return!

We love everything! José is a great host, always maintained good communication, flexible, we feel very well received, entitled to pampering. Excellent Condomínio, offers grocery store and kiosk in the common area, super helpful concierge and heated pool, overlooking the sensational beach! We want to go back now!

The house is excellent and accommodates guests very well. A house full of character and the integration with nature is a spectacle apart. The condominium is very attractive; we take advantage of the pools, the hydromassage, sauna and gym. The location is great and the beach service is a bonus, with chairs and parasol. Second time staying at Ericka's homes and we'll definitely be back!

The house is even better than the photos. Well-lit, furnishings in great condition, practically new sheets and towels, fridge working perfectly. Although there was no oven, the electric oven served us perfectly. The condo is also very good, with swimming pool, beach voley court, tennis court, soccer field, playground, barbecue and laundry. The parking space is right in front of the house, which helps a lot to carry the bags and grocery shopping. To go to the beach, just cross the avenue. We love the experience!

It was perfect, it exceeded expectations. I traveled with family, I have a baby of 5 months, and the condominium welcomed us very well, met all the needs. We didn't even go to the beach, to enjoy the leisure of the condominium. We made a barbecue, went to the gym, it was amazing. With regard to the apartment, it is large and very airy, it does not have many insects (it was a concern my north coast we know that it has many animals), but I did not even have to pass repellent on my baby. The only thing that was missed are adjustments in the bathroom sockets, as it is the only place that has a mirror, and I could not dry my hair or make a flat plate because the sockets are a little loose. Wladimir is a great host, responds very quickly and resolves problems quickly. I intend to return!

Perfect as in the pictures!!! Beautiful place, quiet, and the privilege of hearing the waterfall during your stay is invigorating. The well-equipped kitchen and the location is great! With nearby groceries, restaurants and bars. The common areas are also a show apart!!! Beautiful district of a unique contact with nature, the desire is not to leave anymore. Spacious accommodation and quiet condominium. The host was proactive and friendly to meet us on arrival. Equipped kitchen and available games were helpful in our stay.

The accommodation was excellent! The house is exactly the same as in the pictures, with everything fully functioning. It's a great place to be with family and feel at home. Marcelo was clear in all the instructions and responded promptly to us whenever necessary. I recommend with my eyes closed!

The house is beautifully decorated, clean and cozy. It had several details that increased the comfort of the stay, for example mosquito net screen in the windows, liquid repellent for the sockets of all the rooms, night light to put in the bathroom or in the children's room, games and toys, a large flat-screen TV with many entertainment options… Only the internet that was not 100%, gave a few swings, but I think that's normal. We liked everything. The beds are soft and had air conditioning in every room. The condominium is very pleasant and the pools do not know if they are air-conditioned but were even slightly lukewarm in a few days. Flávia was great, always being helpful and polite.
