Beachfront holiday rental in Peraki Bay

The Black Bunker was perfect for our stay. It’s very spacious and comfortable with stunning views from the terrace. It has all the amenities you need to feel like you’re at a home from home. Colleen and Shelley's place was right by the estuary and close to the beach which was a lovely part of Christchurch to stay in. The yard was well fenced and an excellent place to stay with my two pups. Thanks for having us!

Perfect location to the beach and to the town center! Lots of room, although some of the furniture needs to be replaced. We enjoyed our stay very much! Too bad when the development across the street finishes, it will block the view of the beach.

Great location and over 8 days the place felt like home with the outside deck area providing great flow from inside to the outside. The inside was clean and Ann provided very quick response to help get the WiFi running again after it stopped. Fun location to host friends and family. Would recommend and will stay again.

overall a great stay. the flat was as expected, fully functional and good equipped. access to the beach was nice, especially to observe the early sunrise. it's outside of New Brighton, to shops and bars it would be a 6+km walk (a bit long). there is a bus stop in front of the house which brings you to New Brighton in 10-15 min and into the city (bus interchange) in 40-45 minutes. with a car you probably would be better off. but it was absolutely OK without. the host Robert is a very nice guy. we had some good chats.

Super handy for where we needed to be . Walking distance to the hot pools and the beach and supermarket. Clean and uncluttered. Comfortable bed and soft towels

This is a great place to stay, very spacious, and excellent location. Check in was easy and communication with Darren was very responsive. The apartment has its own dedicated car parking space. Darren provided an extensive list of recommended 'things to do' etc. Being winter, Darren had turned on heaters for our arrival and provided some milk in the fridge. Very good value for money, thank you Darren.

Darren's place was perfectly located - took no longer than 15 mins to walk to the other side of Akaroa, with so many bars, restaurants and shops in between. The apartment was exactly as described and was clean, cosy and just as the photos depict it. We would definitely stay again!

The place is exactly like the pictures. super cozy. it has a beautiful view. Close to everything. I had a great night. It was a pity that the swimming competition was canceled and the place is no longer being used. Thank you.

Such a lovely space. Hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Accomodation was prefect and well worth it, views were private so no one could see in but gave us a lovely vista of the wharf & harbour. Seating was comfortable. Will definitely be back. x

We had a lovely stay at Debbie’s place. Well appointed townhouse with many thoughtful touches provided by Debbie. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and a good small supermarket. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday.

The unit was a perfect location for a couples getaway. Lovely features throughout, very well stocked kitchen and pantry, high quality linen and towels. Mosquito repellent also! Very considerate. Although it was an older property it was immaculately and thoughtfully presented. Highly recommend

The Sumner location was great for access to the beach and hiking trails. The place was very clean and spacious for the two of us. Megan responded to a couple of questions I had immediately. Highly recommended

Wonderful house very close to the beach. The house is very spacious and clean. It is only 100 meters away from the beach. Shopping and restaurants are also very easy to walk to. Judith is a wonderful host. We would book again anytime.

Perfect location - you couldn't ask for a better view. Clean, neat, comfortable apartment. Right in the middle of everything. I wouldn't stay anywhere else and I know my friend from Christchurch will make this her go-to place to stay when showing off Akaroa to visitors.

Very enjoyable stay. Based in the heart of Akaroa this place was comfy, quiet and great views. I loved the retro chairs - it gave the place a nice atmosphere. Adam text beginning and end of our stay to ensure all was well. It’s my second airbnb experience and the best so far
