Had a very good stay at Ardannah's place. The house is well maintained and very clean. Ardannah also very helpful and provide me with all the details before my arrival. Quiet & safe neighborhood. Will definitely stay at this place again!

This place is suitable for solo traveller, couples and families. There is a huge swimming pool and common area for residences to relax and hang out. From here you can have a magnificent view of paddy rice fields and mountains far away. The common areas are kept clean. The interior is clean and comfortable. Wifi is provided in room. The area is quiet at night, free from plane noises which is quite common in Kota Kinabalu town. Coin laundry is available within the building, please bring your own detergents. A few eateries with commendable quality and reasonable price are available at the area. There’s a convenience store as well.

I booked this place for my dad. He had a wonderful experience! The host was incredibly responsive, making check-in and any inquiries a breeze. The place was spotless, which made for a comfortable stay. While there was no WiFi, it was clearly communicated beforehand, although it would have been a nice bonus. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and well-managed Airbnb stay.

Very spacious place to stay for a family of 4-5. Helpful and easy instructions from the owner. Easy access to lots of good restaurants, beautiful scenery can be seen from the master room. They provided almost everything, we barely buy anything except for detergent. Highly recommended and I would repeat the stay in the future!
