Million thanks to Francis, who is the caretaker. The neighborhood is really friendly, polite, kind, and very helpful. Francis chettan helped with everything. Please visit Mettekkatt Bakery for amazing coconut ice creams and Sharbat. We rented this BnB to visit close by temples. But it never felt like a vacation. It was more like we were with our family. We made good connection with people in this beautiful and exotic fishing village. Vincent (Binny chettan) who helps with the taxicab is a great guide and friend and the best company one can have. We stayed for a week and left with a heavy heart, never wanting to leave this place. True spirit of Kerala, its natural beauty, and the most beautiful people at heart, ever. Don't miss to dine at Blue Lagoon at Krishnan Kotta if you are into Fish. Best places to stay ever..

We had a lovely stay at Secret Escape. It was a great experience for our family... the stay, the food, the excellent support provided through our stay. A special mention for Misha, Mibin and Neema. Misha's delicacies were out of the world- awesome taste, the most authentic Kerala food we ever had... We were provided local recommendations to make our experience even more sweet, which included getting us auto rickshaws for local travel when Uber failed. The pool was clean and we got to enjoy playing in the water. if you are planning to go to Cherai, Secret Escape is a great option to consider.

Amazing place and amazing host.. Had a quick stay but it was memorable , the place is cozy and nice and would like to come back again some time soon

Namaskaram, We booked Deja Blu for a family gathering, with 3 generations represented, and it matched our needs. A beautiful location on the beach, with 4 bedrooms for our group of 9, and a small pool for the kids. The house architecture is special with attention to detail in the overall plan. The power of the sea and the views from the house and the access to the beach have made an impression on the family, which was gathering after a long time for a special event. Sara, Jerry, and Honey were helpful to get our needs met. We strongly recommend Deja Blu to everyone. That said, there are minor details that can use improving which we verbally shared with Sara.

This place was absolutely gorgeous! I booked it for getting ready on my wedding day, and the ambiance was just perfect. The photos turned out amazing! We couldn’t fully enjoy the space since we were so busy, but I’ll definitely be coming back.

A Home Away From Home Madilina House wasn't just a place to stay; it was a home away from home. The moment we pulled up to the property, we knew we were in for something special. The lush greenery, the serene lake, and the beautifully designed house instantly captivated us. Our family get-together couldn't have been more perfect. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kayaking was a blast - the calm waters and the peaceful surroundings were just what we needed to unwind. But what really made our stay unforgettable were the hosts, Abhilash and Karma. They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Karma, in particular, was always there to help, ensuring we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail was impeccable. We were so sad to leave Madilina House. It was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and hospitality. We'll definitely be coming back!

We really loved the stay here, it was very peaceful and nice. The house was squeaky clean and they were thoughtful to provide a few extra amenities which made our stay with kids easier. The Caretaker was polite and helpful.

The stay was good though the bedding could be improved

It was a great place to stay near Kochi airport. loved the ambiance, rooms are spacious and most of all the owner is very responsive. Checkin was easy and most of all a large area to spend time at with family. To sum it up it was money well spent

One of the most beautiful stays listed in Thrissur. The river, the garden and the house gives you a perfect blend for a peaceful getaway.
