Monthly Rentals in Pedra de Itaúna

We stayed at Vanias apartment for 6 nights, and it was a splendid stay. Building is in a safe gated complex, and lot's to walk and see. The apartment itself was as described. Wonderful place to stay, and will stay again upon my return. The apartment has everything you would need. It was spotless, the staff was friendly, and always helpful. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens fresh and had a delicious scent to them. Vania was very responsive right away with several questions we had about local things, and each time she was quick to answer. I would recommend her apartment to anyone with 4 people or less. Thank you Vania for letting us stay in your apartment. We enjoyed it tremendously.

The facilities are of high quality, with all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to tourist attractions and restaurants. The condominium's attractions were a highlight, with a variety of activities for working out and relaxing. André and Danuza's service was exceptional – always helpful and ready to help. Without a doubt, it exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back next time. Five well-deserved stars!

The place is clean and got a nice balcony to enjoy the coffee in the morning or chilling in the evening. If you like quiet place, this place is right for that. A little bit hard to buy groceries if you have a car that would be easier. The place have small convenience store but not really a lot to buy there. Highly recommended!
