Monthly Rentals in Pearl City

I have been using Airbnb for eight years and have rented houses in over 30 countries and regions. Norms and Grace are undoubtedly the best hosts I have ever encountered, bar none. We stayed at their home for a month and a half, during which they were warm, responsible, and full of kindness, treating us like family. We went skydiving together, enjoyed brunch, and played cards, creating countless wonderful memories. My son said he wants to come back every year to visit Norms and Grace, as well as their two adorable dogs :) I highly recommend this house to visitors planning an extended stay in Hawaii. Although it’s not very large, it’s clean and cozy, and the hosts’ care will surely leave a lasting impression on you.

I was there for an extended stay of six weeks for a work project in Pearl Harbor. The location was ideal for commuting to work each day, and the home had everything I needed for a long stay (full kitchen, internet, AC, washer, and drier). The place is very clean and well kept and recently remodeled. The host, Karen, was extremely responsive to any questions about the check-in or throughout my stay, and was very cordial and accommodating. The neighbors were also great in helping out with things when I was away at work. This is an excellent deal for anyone looking for an extended stay.

My second time staying at Ivy's place and just as great as the first. Love the location, central to everything. It's a nice space with everything you need and more. Nice, responsive hosts/family. Gate to your apartment is locked and definitely feel safe there. Overall a great experience! : )

Great place to stay. Hao was a very responsive host and assisted us quickly with the singles issues we had (we put too much clothing into the washer). The suite is very large with two separate bedrooms each with its own desk which is good if you are hoping to do some computer worker during the stay like I was. Spent a full month there any was very comfortable. It is a crowded neighborhood with lots of parked cars, but the suite has its own parking spot to there is no issues there. Our only issue was with how well the suite had been cleaned before we arrived. Overall though a good affordable place to stay.
