Monthly Rentals in Patong Beach

The cleanest apartment I've ever lived in. Looks much better than in the photo. There is everything you need in the kitchen, even spices. Cleaning 10/10, the apartment is perfectly clean. The location is very good, you can walk to the beach and the shopping center. Friendly owner and staff of the building. Only one minus - there is a noisy road nearby, otherwise it is perfect for its price.

It's more than an apartment, it feels like home. We had some extra wishes that Tess arranged for us, e.g. extra bath towels an iron and ironing board. During our stay, the toaster broke, Tess also sent a new one within 2 days when the bathroom faucet/shower broke, a new set was assembled within 24 hours. Great about this apartment, we find the large terrace, the large bathroom and the lovely bed. We are so satisfied that we have booked 2 months again for next year. Tess thank you for all the good service you are really a GREAT HOST.

I liked everything 1. Boris was always available. Our hair dryer broke, and in an hour Boris was ready to bring a new one. 2. After check-in, we had a plate of fruit and a couple of bottles of water. We had our own water, but it's always very nice 3. Very fast internet, and a comfortable desk for work. We worked on the trip, everything was very convenient 4. There is a hammock and a table on the balcony — while my wife had calls for work, I could work too and even take a little nap 5. It's not super close to the beach on foot, but we were in a car and went to other beaches. Also by car in 10 minutes there is a large Macro store, there is much more choice than in 7-11 6. The location is quiet, no sewage smells like a lower part of the city 7. Great drinking water machine, several times cheaper than 7-11
