Great hosts and a lovely place. Well situated and well appointed; I would stay again.

So happy we chose Waterwheel Cottage for our Christmas break! It was perfect. The accommodation was superb - it had everything we needed and more. The log fire was smashing, the bedrooms perfect and the living space excellent. Kim, the host's father was so very friendly and polite and it was lovely to share their beautiful home and farm. So peaceful and stunning views, we felt immediately at home - a home we wished we lived in. Can't recommend enough, and extremely good value - would have paid double.

Another super weekend in the cosy, well equipped and comfortable apartment. Clare is a great host and we hope to return again next year.

Booking this cottage for our winter honeymoon was the best decision we made! From even before check in the experience was fantastic. Jules and Trevor provided lots of clear instructions on check in, directions and local recommendations. The cottage was warm, beautifully decorated and the bed extremely comfortable. The stunning views and peaceful atmosphere were exactly what we wanted with lots to do locally when we fancied. The chickens, ducks and alpacas added real fun to the break. This is how an Airbnb should be run a Gem of a cottage with wonderful owners. Definitely will hope to return for an anniversary. Thank you for a great time, Adam & Hannah
