We think we have the best sea views on the Esplanade, we're the same distance from the beach as other Esplanade listings but, unequally to us you look over virgin bush to stunning sea views (with even the occasional visiting Kangaroo) in front of our place. (Look for the busy road in front of other Esplanade listings).
