Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Park Ridge

We enjoyed our 16 day stay. Jeremy was helpful and responsive. We loved the location with easy access to transportation and lots d walkable options.

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay at Shannon's place. Initially I thought it was smaller and simpler for the price than I've paid for other places in the same area, however the space was clean, beds were super comfortable, and the rooftop pool was a very lovely bonus that balanced out the lack of a balcony. The location is great, with the park so close you don't feel too crowded and the street doesn't get heavy traffic, but it's easy walking distance to everything that South Bank, West End and the City have to offer. Shannon was friendly and responsive to messages, and best of all offered fantastic flexibility which was very welcome. A relatively early check-in and late check-out were already a huge bonus, and Shannon kindly allowed us to check out several hours late which really made our Sunday, allowing us to visit the fantastic Suitcase Market and score a bunch of bargains. Thanks for everything Shannon!

We loved and enjoyed Storme’s place. She is very professional and responsible. It's quite far from City but if you prefer a quiet place rather than a busy are, there's no reason not to choose this place. Plus it is super duper clean and tidy.

We enjoyed our stay at Amy‘s place. It was a comfy, cosy apartment that matched the description. Amy was responsive to questions I had and we would stay here again, car park and building was easy to navigate.

Great spot. Surrounded by restaurants, 10ish minute walk to bars and more restaurants in Fortitude Valley, 20ish minutes walk to the city! Had a great time, thanks Michelle!

Beautiful Clean apartment close to Southbank and shops.

I’ve stayed in plenty of Airbnbs, but Kim’s is hands down the best! It’s not just that it’s spotless and beautifully styled—Kim herself is such a warm and welcoming host that it instantly feels like home. If I could buy this place from her, I honestly would! But since I can’t, I’ll just say if you’re looking for the perfect stay, this is it. Thank you, Kim! ❤️

This was a great place for a big group in a convenient location. The house was very clean and spacious. The neighbours in the apartments next door were quite loud late into the night, but the deep sleepers in our group didn’t notice. Overall we enjoyed staying here and would recommend it.

Hyoung and his wife were amazing hosts!! Very hospitable and helpful with anything we needed. He communicated clearly and was so nice! Would highly recommend and stay again!

A few friends and I did a weekend getaway to Pimpama and stayed at Anthony's place. The space was clean and the house was well-situated in a peaceful suburb. Anthony was very proactive with his responses and gave very clear information from the start of the booking process. It was a great stay, well-described and matched the pictures on the profile. Thank you Anthony for being so communicative and helpful throughout.

Jason and Andrea went above and beyond to make sure my arrival, stay and departure were all easy. The cottage is super well equipped and it feels like a home from home. It felt very safe for me as a solo traveller and I managed without a car as there are shops, restaurants and public transport all within easy walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay in Yeronga exploring a new part of Brissy. We loved the design of the place, particularly the bathrooms and outdoor balcony. It's particularly useful for active families as we were able to walk along the river each day. Osteria Epoca has delicious Italian nearby too. We appreciated the high chair, and the wooden floors were great for our baby learning to walk. Our main feedback is that the place felt like it was a due for a "deep" clean. We found it quite dusty under the beds, couches and robes. However, we were pleased how well the shared laundry worked - it wasn't an issue at all :) Thanks again for having us!

Raymond House is an absolutely beautiful cottage. We were so impressed with everything for our weekend away with our best friends. We enjoyed the walk to restaurants and shops. The cottage is also perfectly located for a short drive to other park walks and vineyards and the Gallery Walk.

Selina was such a great host, very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and had everything you could possibly need for a short stay. The location is great and walking distance to Riverstage, the ferry and train station. The only thing I could fault was the aircon in the bedroom was struggling to keep up but it was the middle of a heatwave.

Both the place and the hosts were absolutely amazing. We genuinely loved everything about this property and staying here was the greatest experience. The hosts are sincerely beautiful and accommodating truly making this stay feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. 5 stars

My parents and I had a marvellous stay at Anissa’s well-considered and long-cultivated homespace highrise rental. The rooms and common spaces were well-curated with conveniences and beauty. For culinary-oriented folks, the kitchen is well equipped and provisioned. For techie-folk, there is an abundance of USB-based charging infrastructure. The only hiccup was a lift (elevator) that was out of order during our first 2 days. This was unforeseeable and no fault at all goes to Anissa. Additionally, Anissa had so many pro-tips (and has good taste). We ate at DooDee Boran which was next door and delicious. The City Botanic Gardens and all of the museums were either walkable or easily accessed via public transportation, ferry/CityCat, or rideshare app from where the apartment is located. I recommend this space for those who appreciate a host who has opened their home to you and cares about your experience while there.

Deborah was a great host. The apartment was fantastic and just a 5 min walk to restaurants, cafes, Wollies, and buses to the city. Great pool and easy access to walk and cycle ways along the Brisbane River ☀️

The accomodation was in a modern block within walking distance of the busy Southbank area. All amenities were available including a well equipped kitchen . Hosts were fast to respond and very informative. Lovely stay and we would definitely repeat the experience.
