Also steps from lovely Bannerman Park, which features plenty of grassy areas to lounge on, a splash pad, free swimming pool, modern playground, canteen, plus an ice skating loop in the winter. It's a best-of-both-worlds location, both quiet and close to the park, but only a 10-15 minute walk from all the downtown nightlife!

I bought this house for it's excellent location. Churchill square is literally in my backyard with plenty of parks, walking trails, grocery stores, MUN, hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops and downtown all within walking distance.
