The house is spacious for a large group. It's cozy and well maintained. The host provides us with great support and available for us at all times. Overall a great place to stay with easy access to main spots in town.

Cool place located a bit away from the busy streets but easy connectivity to highway. Host's parents very amazing and suggested places to visit by writing it down on a piece of paper, lovely ❤️ Would suggest for solo or duo travellers on bike.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The ambience was perfect-calm, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it a great place to relax. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. What truly made the experience special was the host, who was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

My parents and I had the most wonderful stay at Vindhya's place. The pictures don't do the place justice, it is absolutely beautiful. With the seaside view and breeze from the balcony(from each of the rooms!) and the beach just being a direct walk from the house, one couldn't possibly ask for a better place. The house had all the amenities as needed; and the caretaker Mr. Dillu was always available for any help, and very refreshing in his spirits and humor. Hope to stay again here, and highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful has-got-it-all getaway :)

One of the best experiences, staying at this place. Loved the architecture of the building, super friendly host, house was pristine clean. My kids had the best time. Definitely worth the price you pay. Will visit agin for my next Wayanad stay!

All good in Akshay's place. But there is a loft bed above the kitchen and have to go up through the ladder to sleep. For younger people it may be a fun, but for elderly people like us, it's not only difficult and dangerous too particularly when we had to go to washroom at night. Kitchen utensils can be little more, like bowls etc, and atleast one pressure cooker, so that people can stay few more days comfortably. These are suggestions only. The balcony is superb with the nature. We loved it. it's very clean, cozy stay for one night. Akshay is very responsive and well behaved guy. We asked Kerala food for breakfast, he prepared it from home. (Chargeable). It was awesome. Thanks for being a good host. All the best.

My family had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The property was beautifully designed, with every amenity thoughtfully considered—from the stairwell leading to the water to the many benches for relaxation and the well-placed fans ensuring comfort at every corner. The bathrooms were spotless, which we really appreciated. Dr. R was incredibly responsive, as were the people around, making our experience seamless. Anytime we encountered a hiccup, Dr. R was just a call away, readily available to translate and assist, ensuring our trip was smooth and stress-free. This Airbnb was the perfect rest stop on our road trip, and we truly wished we could have stayed longer. My mother especially loved sitting by the water with her coffee, while I enjoyed spending time upstairs, chatting and unwinding. One recommendation for travelers: consider driving a smaller vehicle, as the roads in this part of Kerala is quite narrow. Overall, an amazing and well-managed stay—we would absolutely return!
