We enjoyed our short stay at Sein and Gail's simple place. The location of the property is quiet and peaceful and just a short walk from the beach which is all we were looking for. The house itself is very simple and had everything we needed. Airconditioning is good and the bathroom was clean. We liked using the colored lights inside the house in the evening. EJ the caretaker was very friendly and picked us up promptly when we arrived at the bus station. We were able to rent their scooter for the duration of our stay (recommended to fully explore Patar and its beaches and caves). Sein and Gail were very helpful and responsive as well and granted our request for late check out for an additional fee. We loved the company of the dogs and chickens too 😊 Recommend this place for people looking for a simple no-frills vacation.

First of all, the host was very respomsive with every inquiry. What you see online is exactly how it is in person. I am quite surprise at how simple yet very clean and comfortable the place is. There is an extra bed aside from the queem sized bed that is dressed with a soft comforter. The bath includes shampoo and tissue is also provided. The bin includes trashbags. There are books thatcan be read. A dresser with hangers. And the kitchen which includes the rice cooker, boiler, plates, glass, spoon & forks, bowls, knife, and induction cookware along with the pots, well its simply complete. Parking is good for 2 cars. The public beach is just nearby. And I can say we really had a peaceful and comfortable stay. One of the best airbnb I had. Thank you Christine. We will definitely be back. Very amazing and I would recommend this especially to solo or couples.
