Monthly Rentals in Panama Canal

This apartment is great for one person for a short or long stay. Might be a little crowded with two. The bed is comfortable and shower is great. Kitchen is pretty compact, but works ok for simple meals. There isn’t a great place to sit and eat though as the counter is sloped and difficult to use. The balcony is too small to be useable but the view is great. Neighbors can be loud, but that is the city. I used the gym and the pool in the building frequently and they felt clean and nice. Never crowded. The gym only has rowers and bikes for cardio, but a wider variety of options for weights. I also used the cowork space which was quiet and well-equipped. Other than a slight miscommunication when I arrived, Simon was always friendly and responsive, a wonderful host. There are many restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk and the Cinta Costera is very close and a great place to be outside. For longer trips, the metro is 3 blocks away, or alternatively, Uber is cheap and convenient.

nice apartment with an amazing view located in a good central area with 2 walking distance well furnished supermarkets (1min) ,but what really makes the difference is the hospitality and availability of the owner, Karla was always ready to help. Overall really good experience.

Company business trip, stayed here for the second time, owner is very flexible and accommodating. i highly recommend. big dining table for meetings and laptop.

We stayed at Anthony's place for 2 weeks in Feb 2025. It was within a 10 minute walking distance to Casco Viejo, which is where most of our activities took place or started from. The kitchen was very practical and includes a full fridge, oven, stove and microwave. We used the pool and the common deck area every day after our adventures and met many other travelers, which made it a great communal area. Anthony was quick to respond to all of our questions during our stay which made it all that much more easier. Finally, what you saw in the pictures represents quite well what you get. I would recommend Anthony's place to anyone going to Panama city.
