Erica’s place was spotless. Note that it is in a bottom portion of her home and her family does live on site. Occasionally I could hear the kids upstairs so if you’re expecting to rest during the day then that’s something to keep in mind. Otherwise it was exactly as described. I would live in this space full time if she would let me, we really loved it here. Thankyou for trusting us with your space :)

We had an amazing stay at this cozy Airbnb overlooking the Currituck Sound! The location near the heart of Duck is hard to beat, with easy access to fantastic shops, restaurants, and local coffee shops. The views over the sound are stunning, and the peaceful setting made it a truly relaxing getaway for this time of year. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we were set for a smooth check-in. 10/10 would recommend!

Gracie’s place was clean and so cozy. The location was perfect. The bed was so comfortable. She has coffee and popcorn if you want it. It looks just like the pictures. It’s decorated so cute. Honestly we loved her place. We hope to go back and highly recommend.

I had an amazing few days at Jayme's place. Everything was exactly as described. I look forward to returning. This may sound like a cliche, but it truly is a hidden gem. The apartment is spacious and welcoming. Perfect for a small family or getaway with a few friends. I was able to visit with my family, while having my own quiet space where I could work in the day and see my kids/grandkids in the afternoons and evenings. Just steps away, you can rent a bike and go anywhere. The area is also very walkable. A wonderful restaurant is also just steps away from the property. Everything is very close, including groceries, restaurants, and things to do. And, of course, there is a very easy short stroll to the beach so no worries about looking for parking :) Jayme is super friendly and helpful. It was a treat to meet her. I don't think I have ever met a host in person. I have been fortunate to have wonderful AirBnB experiences, but this has been one of my best.

We had a very short stay, but it was clean, comfortable, and great location with a view, and friendly host!

This year’s stay in Kitty Hawk was an eventful one, and my hosts went above and beyond to keep me both comfortable and safe. With the arrival of the large snowfall and the frigid temperatures, they provided me an extra heater in case of need, and shoveled me a walkable path from the bungalow door to my car. For their kindness, on top of so many reasons I continue to return to the Retreat: cleanliness, comfort, space enough to work from and relax in, proximity to local amenities (food, shops, etc.), to the beach, and to walking/hiking spots, and for the peaceful surroundings, I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend their sweet place for a stay.

Only issue we had, guys are avid fisherman, due to low tides and timing of such, we could not dock our boat at the house. Thankfully boat launch was 2 minutes down the road so it didn’t interfere with them fishing😊. Besides that perfect vacation, beautiful water, scenery, islands to tour and very relaxing time in the evenings😊

The communication with Gregory was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the host via a phone call. The space was clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Gregory's property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

Very peaceful place to stay. Quiet at night and the view of the water is wonderful even when it's low tide. Loved watching the cranes every afternoon. Very well stocked kitchen and bedrooms. Plenty of space for our 8 people. Very close to a small store that has cold drinks and such. Would stay again.

We have now stayed here two years in a row. We have an annual fishing trip that this place works perfectly. It is everything that is distributed and then some. What a beautiful place to watch a sunrise and sunset. Johnna is always very responsive and super helpful. What a great host. We will be back to get some more relaxation in.

Like the description, it is a peaceful paradise! Outside has beautiful sunrise, and amazing open water views. We took great photos just form the front yard. Inside has artistic decorations. It is truly a unique property. The three-night stay is just too short for us to enjoy all the amenities and to have enough time to talk with Alan and Nora. Will come back again!

We love bogue shores, and this unit is a good one for a weekend stay! Favorite things are the location on the back (beautiful view, and quiet) suuuper comfortable bed and pillows, new shower, smart TV, spaciously laid out with lots of storage. The kitchen is a little dated, mostly ideal for making coffee, and sandwiches for the beach. You cannot beat the location, pool, and proximity to beach access! Beautiful docks, and open green space with picnic tables/charcoal grills/benches overlooking the sound!

Linda’s place is perfect! If you want a quite clean place that is all inclusive it is the perfect spot. It is sound side with a walkway directly across the street with public access to the beach. I highly recommend her condo for a relaxing beach vacation.

The location and view from the rooftop deck are perfect! This place had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend in Beaufort. It was well appointed and very clean. We will continie to return.

Would highly recommend! This was our first visit to Emerald Isle and the stay here made our visit worthwhile. Its walking distance to the beach so I loved that we could just walk over after breakfast! The condo was clean and all the listed amenities were available. John was also very responsive and worked with us through the whole booking process!

Ms. Danita was so pleasant and made our trip for our college Homecoming worth while. Thank you again for our amazing and family style hospitality. I look forward to forward to staying there again in the future.

Took a minute to figure out where the condo was located, but, once there, the stay was very peaceful and centrally located between Beaufort and Morehead City, giving us plenty of options of things to do and places to eat. Setting was beautiful. Park next door for early a.m. walks.

Kim and Sherry were the BEST hosts I’ve ever had! They were most gracious in their check-out tasks, and perfectly responsive. Their condo’s location was PERFECT!!! We felt like we were RIGHT on the beach. The view was spectacular!!! Also, the proximity to parking and elevator made for an easy unloading and loading. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Good water pressure in the showers. I hope to be able to stay here again!!!

Everything about this place was spot on. It was as described and felt just like being at home. The condo was filled with amenities and they had simply thought of everything. We greatly appreciate all the consideration you have put into your rental!
