Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pamlico Sound

We had a great stay at Dwane’s beautiful home. The home and decor were beautiful. The town was so close and easy to walk to. Dwane was very responsible and helpful to any questions we had. Would pick Dwane’s beautiful home again.

Thank you for letting us stay. The views of sunrise and sunset were beautiful. The natural light and quiet location make the home feel so peaceful. We also loved the beautiful staircase.

Grateful for a weekend away in the OBX. If you like to run or walk, you can get to a great paved path/sidewalk near the ocean front with ease from this house. Close to everything! Also, neighborhood pool (small fee) was a great amenity!

The house was a delight to stay in, very well stocked for living and cooking, one of the best Airbnb I have stayed in in a very long time. Highly recommended.

Like the description, it is a peaceful paradise! Outside has beautiful sunrise, and amazing open water views. We took great photos just form the front yard. Inside has artistic decorations. It is truly a unique property. The three-night stay is just too short for us to enjoy all the amenities and to have enough time to talk with Alan and Nora. Will come back again!

We had a great stay. The fenced in back yard was wonderful with our dogs and was a peaceful place to sip our morning coffee.

Tammy’s Place is absolutely adorable!! It’s private and quiet. The home is immaculate. Lots of good old fashioned Knick knacks. The location is perfect!! The host was quick and very responsive. Will definitely come back to this charming home!!!

Wonderful location with a perfect view of the dunes and ocean. The 2nd story balcony alone made this an ideal place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The building's backyard landscaping is very pretty. There's a long boardwalk that leads to the beach right beside the condo building. It's a very deep beach so plan on a bit of a hike over the beautiful sand to the water. The unit itself was very nice. The bed in the master was comfortable and we had all the needed necessities for a long weekend. Note - the beds in the 2nd bedroom were pretty small but were comfortable. We were please to see there were plenty of beach chairs and a Shibumi Shade 'tent' (nice extra touch) available. We were a little confused on the best place to park upon arrival so here's a hint for you - when you turn onto Commerce Way, drive straight to the back of the condo complex until you see the boardwalk. There's parking on the left. The steps to go to the unit are facing the boardwalk. Great place!

Our time at Brian's place could not have been a better fit for our needs - we stayed at his cute and cozy townhouse while I was working through the task of relocating to the Havelock area. The location was close to the school my daughters are enrolled, and with the additional time it ended up taking to find a place that worked for our living situation, I was able to easily extended our stay twice - which was both a relief and such a quick process to complete these adjustments I needed to make for our stay! Not only was Brian was always very quick to respond and polite during our communication, but the home was comfortable and made life so much easier during a rather unpredictable stretch of time. My daughters and I greatly enjoyed our time during our stay, we felt as comfortable as possible as we embarked on this new chapter in a new state!

We had a great weekend getaway thanks to Barb! Everything was perfectly clean, nice and quiet, had great views of the woods off the private deck, and had plenty of space for the two of us and our dog. As an added bonus, we even got to meet Barb’s super friendly, well behaved dogs. We can’t wait to come back for another weekend away soon!

John's home was the perfect place for my son and I to visit family in North Carolina. The home was clean and communication was great! I would happily stay again.

Loved our stay! The property was spotless and well kept, only a kitchenette but it was well equipped with everything we needed. About as private as anything could be in the side-by-side homes, the distinct separation from the upper unit and private hot tub was awesome! Curling up on the sofa in front of the electric fireplace was just what we needed for a weekend away. Would definitely recommend!

I have nothing but good things to say about Allison. Absolutely wonderful host. So proactive and a great communicator. Enjoyed our night and felt right at home. If you forgot anything its available in this beautiful studio.

Sandra’s place was amazing. My family and I enjoyed celebrating my birthday there this weekend. Even with a little bit of bad weather, we enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the music outside. Sandra’s place is excellently stocked. She equips you with everything you need to have a wonderful, relaxing time.

This house was perfect for 2 family’s. We love the neighborhood as well have stayed here before. House was great and plenty of sleeping areas for the kids.
