Gorgeous Mini Manor! I’m excited to visit the other manors! Thank you and everything was perfect.

The property was excellent and as advertised. The location as walkable to the beach, grocery store, etc was a great convenience. The host, Seth, was very responsive and provided clear help for our needs. We'd strongly recommend anyone with a family to stay here for the amenities and beach access. We had our 15 month old with us and didn't have to worry needing high chairs, pack n plays etc. Saved us from having to bring on our travels. The convenience of the Publix nearby is a great help too as we do a lot of our own cooking for the family. Thanks to Seth for a great stay and a beautiful property -- we plan to stay again if we come back last this year. Thanks again!

My family and I really loved the home we stayed in. Very comfortable, clean, and a great location. Communication with Tim and Melody was excellent; even quickly responded to me when I asked a question very late. The amenities at this location were amazing, my family and I will definitely be staying with Tim and Melody‘s listing again in the future.

Nick was a great host! He communicated everything very well and the place was exactly as described. The location was the perfect distance to Downtown St. Augustine. Enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay in Ormond Beach for a family friend bachelor party (6 people). Key highlights of this AirBNB were: quiet neighborhood, walkable to a not crowded beach, vast array of beach-related accessories (wagon, skim boards, boogie boards, many beach chairs, coolers), good-working air conditioning, grill outside. Above all, we experienced excellent communication with Jessica. She was immediately responsive and very flexible with our arrival and departure needs. Highly recommend this AirBNB if you are seeking a chill getaway at the beach in Daytona area.

I absolutely loved this place. I wanted to do a little solo getaway for the new year and this was the place for it. You can hear the waves crash as you sit on the balcony or swing in the hammock. A great place to relax or even have a family hangout . Definitely recommend 10/10

A delightful location, a beautiful waterside property, and a simple, elegant little apartment in the main house. Lovely classical decor. Very serviceable., everything one needs for simple meals and easy enjoyment.

Fantastic communication before and during our stay. Very clean. 5 minutes walking distance from downtown/historic district. Our only negative feedback is that walls/floor are very thin and you can clearly hear the people in the place downstairs.

William’s place is great!! Right on the beach, cozy bedrooms and great living room space. Smart TVs in all rooms. William was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. Will definitely book again when in the area.

This was a perfect place to stay in St. Augustine , very close to bars and restaurants , very walkable. Very comfortable bed and very clean! The only thing I would say is if you are there during week days / school hours you can hear a lot of noise from kids at the school down the street, otherwise great place and would stay again.

My daughter and I came to stay for the weekend. We visit St Augustine often and enjoy the Lincolnville area. Super cute, extremely cozy and great location.

The condo was beautiful! It had everything we wanted or needed. We brought our 8 year old grandson and there were games/water toys for him to play. Theresa messaged me and asked if we needed anything. She was a great host.

Marty's place is small but had everything you need. Incredible view of ocean and easy to get to the beach. The place was clean and communication was prompt for every need. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay and plan to come back soon. The view is breathtaking. The condo is very close to Saint Augustine. The hosts were extremely accommodating and pleasant. They always responded quickly. Can’t wait to book this place again and have another relaxing vacation!

When we walked in, the view took our breath away! It was beautiful to see pictures and incredible to experience in person. After several days staying in the hustle and bustle of Old Town, this oasis provided needed rest and relaxation before our return home. This is a wonderful place to stay. Check-in was seamless, the condo was extremely clean and felt like home. The views were absolutely amazing! Had views of the ocean, river and all of Daytona. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you Enrico

Needed a place to stay while visiting my parents, who live in a local assisted living. Todd’s place was convenient, clean, pool was beautiful although it closes at dusk (no fault to Todd but good to know) and easy access to the beach. Will definitely look to book here again in the future!
