Great beach house! It was just 2 of us, but there was planety of room for a bigger group. Clean and comfortable. Being across from Cresent beach was fantastic. Would definitely stay again!!

Seamless acess, no surprises, pet friendly, as the entire property is fenced....beach is steps away.......publix ...coffee cafe...less than a mile away.......all good....Hamish responded promptly from start to finish...professional host.....thank you, jmp

The wife and I planned a last minute trip by ourselves. Soon as I booked, Cameron shot me a message and asked when I would be checking in. They went to the Airbnb just to double check everything was perfect, and it was. This place has the best views, perfect noise from the waves at the beach. The best weekend getaway for any couple or for fun at the beach with the kids. The house was very clean and cozy. Will definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely incredible Mom’s retreat at this beautiful home! The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all of us, and the views were simply breathtaking. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and we were especially impressed by the cabinet full of serving dishes—such a thoughtful touch! The beds were incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and blankets to ensure a restful night’s sleep. There were also plenty of beach towels and boogie boards, and the private beach access was just a short walk away, which made our beach days even more convenient. We loved sitting in the rocking chairs to watch the sunrise—it was the perfect way to start the day. We all left feeling incredibly refreshed and rejuvenated, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay at this stunning home. Highly recommend!

Great spot that is just steps from a beautiful beach. Very clean and classic furnishings. Roomy with lots of sleeping options. The kitchen had everything we needed. Wonderful stay!

This is a great place with the quick access to the beach and 15 minutes driving to the center of the st. Augustine. The pool is heated and kids were very happy to play there. The house has everything you need in plenty. Definitely recommend.

We had such a fun stay! The home was beautiful, well stocked and very comfortable. The Christmas tree was a special touch! We enjoyed being so close to the beach! We also really enjoyed the Nights of Lights in St. Augustine. We would highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed staying at Dee’s place for Christmas that we are already discussing coming back for the summer! We didn’t think exactly how we were going to pull off a Christmas tree for Santa to bring presents to our 4yr old, but Dee informed us that they had an artificial tree with ornaments in the garage!! It was extremely easy to put up and take down. This house is in a great location, close enough for early fishing charters out of St. Augustine. Also surrounded by a good selection of golf courses to choose from. The house was very clean! We had zero issues during our stay. The pool was well heated and was able to keep up even with the very cold temperatures we had. The hot tub was very clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the pier and pond as much as we wanted due to the weather but any chance we did get out there was very enjoyable.

Beautiful house! Great check in and out process. Felt extremely safe and relaxed for an old ladies get away. (59 birthday) Close to everything but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Beds were comfortable home was open bright and clean. Denise was the perfect host! Only downside was it was too cold to enjoy the pool area but it looked like we would have really enjoyed it! Denise has thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at this house in St. Augustine, FL. It was cozy, beautifully maintained, and just a short walk from the beach, which made it the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back!

It was really nice place not too far from the beach! we really enjoyed the pool ,and the game room was a big hit with my grandkids.I would certainly recommend this place!

The house was actually nicer in person than the photos. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Easy, short walk to the beach. It happened to be trash day the morning after check-in and several of the neighbors had several cans that stayed out the entire time. Other than that I would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Overall the stay was very nice. The view of the ocean from all rooms was spectacular. The sleeping arrangements worked well for us as we were traveling with my in laws. There was a nice master suite upstairs and another one downstairs. The one downstairs had an adjoining bunk room down a small hallway. If multiple families were traveling with children you’d have to think through who gets the room next to all of the kids. :). The house was about an 8 minute drive to Publix. The area was very quiet with very little traffic in December. The house had just about everything we needed.

This was the perfect place for a weekend birthday getaway with a couple friends. There was plenty of space, the house was clean and so beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and all the ceiling fans were remote controlled! It is also in a convenient location close to lots of restaurants, bars, and activities. Multiple beds would make this the perfect place for families as well. The hosts were also very professional and friendly. We would happily come back!!

We LOVED our stay for Thanksgiving week! The house is just like pics and listing says. The teenagers loved the pool. We had room to spread out. The kitchen was pretty and had everything I needed. The walk to the beach was short and pretty...it was so worth it! The neighbors were super sweet and friendly too! We can't wait to come back again!

Brian’s Airbnb home met all our needs for a family visit nearby. Brian responded to our one question quickly and helpfully. We were about a 7 minute walk to the beach and could hear surf from the house. Our stay although brief was quite enjoyable.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful St. Augustine home. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in a charming and quiet neighborhood. The beach being just a few steps away and having access to a private pool in the backyard was such a treat. The house had practically everything we needed and then some. This is a great spot for a relaxing family getaway with enough space for all four adult couples and a baby to have their own rooms and bathrooms—highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic place. Highly recommended to anyone who likes nice houses or ocean views. Three nights were not enough, I hope I can come back sometime for a longer stay. I cannot stress enough how perfect the place felt. Good local restaurants within walking distance, a publix and some other stores about 5 minutes down the road, beach basically in the front yard, house full of games and equipment and lables for everything we needed to know. Great location, great amenities, great host, great view. Seriously, the view of the sunrise from the 3rd story balcony with a cup of coffee was worth the price even without all the rest of the house. There's a beach 20 minutes north at the Mantanzas Inlet that was just about perfect as well. All said, my guest and I give it four thumbs up!

We had such a nice stay at the beach cottage. The house was exactly as described and was just as beautiful and clean as shown in the photos. We especially loved the outdoor areas. We enjoyed sipping our coffee in the rockers on the front patio as the sun came up. And the screened-in back patio was great for spending time outside in the afternoon while not having to worry about mosquitos. The beach is a little farther away than I anticipated, but the golf cart makes it pretty convenient. Alina was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. I highly recommend if you are looking for a vacation house that is perfect for the whole family.
