Monthly Rentals in Palacios

A coworker and I stayed here for a little over a month and the place worked out perfectly. The HVAC worked great for (2) people who are used to the dry weather of a desert. Having (2) bathrooms was worth the extra $$. The host was quick to respond to any issues, which were minor (Bedroom TV needed to be replaced, living room Dish remote doesn’t work, the hot and cold are reversed on a couple faucets) and was also very willing to help find my missing package (the post office delivered to the wrong house). The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the bay. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you

The Cottage is a great place and Colleen made sure everything was ready for us, including snacks and breakfast items for us! Everything was very clean and comfortable - we felt right at home. Colleen is also very responsive and communicative, so we knew if we needed anything, she would be able to help us. If we head to Palacios again, The Cottage will be our first choice of places to stay...

Very peaceful! The house is beautiful! My dogs loved the huge yard! Just everything was amazing! Definitely will be back.

Didn't have the opportunity to talk with Paige but Jan, her co-host, was excellent. The house was cozy, well taken care of and very comfortable. Floorplan works great for two couples plus the extra bedroom & bath with private entrance would be nice for three couples, or six people. Great location. Extremely easy to get around town. Nice place for a relaxed get away. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
