What a lovely place, location and host. The attention to details and thoughtfulness is so wonderful! It was easy to get around very walkable as well as easy to arrange ride shares and taxis. Highly highly recommend!

Check-in was very smooth, and we received the key card, door code, and Wi-Fi details at reception. The security staff at the gates were attentive, friendly, and available 24/7. The entire complex was clean and well-maintained, and my wife and I felt very comfortable. The shared pool area was also nice for children. There was ample free parking, and the location was perfect: supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, hairdressers, a water park, a large shopping mall, and a market were nearby – yet it was quiet and peaceful. There was also a laundry facility right next to the complex, which was very convenient for washing and drying our clothes. The room was extremely clean and tastefully furnished; I enjoyed it so much that I extended our stay by one night. The only minor issue was the kitchen sink, as the drain was a bit noisy from the beginning and occasionally had a slight odor, but this was not significant. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Sayvahnn's place is a hidden gem. I am lucky it was available at the time of my visit: The house is spacious, with lots of equipment, huge terraces overlooking rice fields on each side of the house, a gated area, and a convenient parking lot. The design of the house shows lots of attention to detail and a good sense of style. The host and all his family are very friendly, Sayvahnn speaks perfect English, and nice to talk to, and is always willing to help with everything. I was also glad to be able to stay with a dog as pet-friendly places are more difficult to find, and the area around is very nice for walking with a dog in the morning along the endless rice fields. The place is very calm - no road noise, only natural sounds, but not so far from most of Ayutthaya's attractions. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I will be glad to return someday. This guesthouse is the perfect place to stay for a couple of days in Ayutthaya. The room is big and clean, with a good covered outdoor area where you can also relax. The location is absolutely perfect, just a 5-10 minute walk from some of the most famous ruins, 10-20 to the Historical Park or an easy Grab ride to others. Also good restaurants nearby. Location allows you to get to the ruins when they open and before the big tour groups and photoshoot folks arrive so you can have a less crowded and more peaceful experience. They also gave us a ride to the train station the morning we checked out! Definitely recommend.
