Adem and his family very welcoming. Adem wife cooked for us very tasty authentic Turkish food. Bring they own grown grapes and pomegranate.Villa is beautiful, very clean, good furnishings. Kitchen equipment is very good. We loved coffee machine. Makes very good Turkish coffee. Wi-Fi is very good, smart tv. Supermarket close to villa. Outside beautiful pool and surroundings. Pool and garden has been cleaned every morning. Just want to say thank you for Adem and his family for welcoming us. We will be back. Best accommodation we ever had.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Cevat and his wife, Ms. Songül, for their attention and smiling faces to us during our holiday process. They were very helpful in supplying what we needed, for example, when the water heater broke down, they immediately replaced it. The pool was quite nice and clean, it was cleaned every day. The house was very cute and warm as it appeared in the photos:) The kitchen supplies were sufficient. In terms of location, a yacht tour can be done with the advantage of being close to the Gocek Yacht Port, you can go to the nearby Inlice Beach, but it is convenient to come by car for different activities. It is a very good choice for those who do not go anywhere and stay at home and enjoy the pool and enjoy the calm 👌🏻

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Having the pool kept the kids happy all week. We hired a car as it is up a steep hill. It's in a good location, only minutes into Olu Deniz if you drive. Fethiye is about 20 minutes away, we spent some lovely evenings there. We would definitely rebook. it felt like home away from home. Very beautiful house, cozy, clean, everything is thought out. Lovely yard. Responsive, friendly host. There is everything you need. A quiet place with a beautiful mountain view. Of the minuses, only low lighting, but so in almost all apartments and houses in Turkey :)

We had the most idyllic holiday in this wonderful complex for 7 family members to celebrate a special birthday. The swimming pool was well kept with lots of places to sit both in and out if the sun. It was quiet and private and we had a beautiful catered meal first the birthday celebration. Highly recommend.

The house is centrally located in the Dead Sea, there is a grocery store within walking distance, the house was above our expectations, the host was very kind and finishing. I recommend it closed.

Everything seemed to be in the photos. The bathroom, kitchen and bed were spotless and tidy. In the same way, the pool was maintained and clean. A nice neighborhood for those who prefer a quiet, tranquil vacation. Fethiye is 1 hour from the center, can be reached by Saklikent minibuses. I would definitely like to stay again in the future. The villa was really great and has a modern design. It was exactly the same as it appeared in the photos. Omer was very helpful when we wanted to check in early. She put a lot of effort into making our stay perfect and recommended us a variety of places to visit and see. We stayed with our family and our two kids and the kids were very pleased as well. They care a lot about customer service and do their best to make sure guests have a good time. They are always available by phone and help immediately when we have needs or questions. The villa had all the equipment we needed and was exactly the same as it appeared in the photos. During our stay, Omer contacted us to ask if the cleaning workers could come to pick up something from the storage room on the garage door. This made us feel the respect and trust they had with guests when we booked.

We had a fab week at Tugay's beautiful villa, the pictures don't do it justice. It was an ideal size and layout for two families with two children. Pool is also perfect for small children due to the large shallow area. Tugay gave us very clear instructions to find the villa and was very flexible with both check-in and a slightly later check-out. He also sent recommendations for local supermarkets as we had some specific items we couldn't get from the local shop. There is a shop, beach and some restaurants a short walk but we were glad of the transport we'd arranged so we could explore the area further.

This husband wife duo were amazing! They gave me many local recommendations and made us feel like family. The house was perfect for a week of relaxation with and incredible kitchen and dining setup. We rented bikes for the week and were able to bike to the path and then to dinner, parks, etc. Please just be extra cautious when biking on the busier roads. This house is located on a busier road but the privacy wall out front doesn’t make it feel that way. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Fethiye!

It was such a pleasure to stay in this incredibly luxurious and tastefully furnished villa! Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, outdoor shower area, bathtub enjoyment and decoration fascinates people, we had a very pleasant time in the spacious and immaculate pool and sunbathing area, seating area, dining area, every detail thought out in the garden! Also the BBQ area is awesome!It is a perfect villa, furnished with quality items, located right in the center of the city, close to everything, convenient to access! The host's prompt communication and kindness, local recommendations were the biggest factor for our vacation to be flawless! I finally found a perfect villa in Fethiye, where I come every year, and it is now the only address I will come to without thinking every year! 🌸🌸🌸

The house is a great vacation home and is decorated with a lot of love. Sinem and also her staff are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The beach near the house is easily accessible and not overcrowded. We will be happy to come back!

The place is gorgeous with a balance of a modernised outdoor swimming pool/tanning area (featuring an almost 100% view barrier for privacy from neighbours) as well as a garden which has Apples/Pomegranates and Grapes if you're there at the correct time. The host and co-host were extremely helpful, they remained flexible despite numerous flight delays and were always available to help via phone/text with house-related as well as tourism-related questions. They also have a near by contact called Mustafa - A lovely elderly gentleman who lives a few minutes walk away and is willing to pop over to help with any issues you may have. The Inside of the house is extremely clean, all windows are netted but still have the completely shut glass window panels when you want to leave the place. The place is completely surrounded by Sulfur as well as anti-repellents so there is absolutely no worries of any animals coming even close to the place and quite honestly we didn't even think about the fact that we were in the middle of a mountain! - The view is breath taking no matter how many times you wake up to it! - Some pointers : The driver up is 30-40 minutes if you're being as relaxed as we were; the isn't an abundance of shops up there so you will need to shop for drinks/snacks and breakfast early but this becomes second nature after the second day; you will need a car so please consider hiring one before you think you can depend on Uber because no taxi driver will make a half an hour trip empty handed just to pick you up - Cars are around £20/day to rent, its extremely cheap and very well worth the freedom you may want exploring those mountains! - All in all, extremely happy with the place and the balance between city life during the day and being able to hear a stone drop at night with the crystal clear view of the stars is an experience not to be missed! - Oh, and there is one gorgeous restaurant just a couple minutes as you're driving down towards Fethiye!

The house was what it looked like in the photos. Mr. Bayram communicated very well with us and was interested in our requests. The house was also very well cleaned. We had no difficulty with 2 babies. It was a pleasant holiday, we were satisfied, thank you.

From day one great communication no problems getting to the Villa where we was greeted by Ulas who speaks English, lovely home and pool everything we needed was there, immaculate pool cleaned early everyday. We also was given a taxi number by the host very reliable and honest taxi driver was excellent for our 14 nights. Will need a taxi or vehicle to get to Calas Beach just down the road.

I contacted Mr. Umut for my family, thank you so much for explaining the quick replies, my family was very satisfied, and it was a hosting and home that I can think of again ❤️

This house is stunning and spacious. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. The pool is clean and a good size and both the pool and garden are well maintained. The house is clean and well equipped with everything you would need. Gocek is a lovely location with a beautiful marina and lots of great restaurants and shops. There is lots to do in the surrounding area, such as boat trips, horse riding, water parks and more. Great for groups, families and couples alike. The host is super helpful with recommendations and advice. Would thoroughly recommend this location and house for a super holiday. We’ll be back I hope! 😬

Great place to stay! Located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beach and promenade. Clean and well equipped with everything you need for comfort stay. Air conditioners in every room, everything works perfectly. No problem with hot water, great water pressure. Lots of room for parking. Great experience overall!

Very nice house, very functional, well-equipped kitchen, large fridge and freezer, plenty of space, large rooms, good bedding and linens, very nice swimming pool and garden with several terraces to protect yourself from the sun. Quiet house but close by car to the center and the beach. Owner always available.

We were definitely very satisfied. Mr. Halil was very helpful with everything. The house was spotless and very peaceful and had all the necessary supplies. We felt like we were at home. It was also nice and calm in terms of location. We would love to choose again again. We would like to thank Mr. Halil for his help. We highly recommend it:))
