This cottage is fully furnished to have a great time, a microwave, Senseo, kettle, large refrigerator with freezer. Some amenities provided, coffee, tea, herbs, salt ...... Fantastic chair, cool dining area, no TV, but good internet so one can watch on tablet or Laptop, good bed, very large bathroom, fantastic walk-in shower and even a washing machine. Behind the house a communal garden with a sofa Very quiet, mouse quiet cottage with quiet neighbors and parking space there is also plenty. Ideal for two people, but one can even sleep 2 more. Stand with our favorites !!!

We had a pleasant stay at Franck's apartment, very well located, very bright with a superb view of the lake. It is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We had very good communication with Franck, very responsive. We highly recommend it.

This is our second stay at Frederics. The apartment was just as great as our last visit; very spacious, spotless and had all the amenities you could need. We stayed over Christmas and the kitchen was very well equipped with all the utensils/pots and pans needed. The apartment is around 30 minutes from Bruges so was the perfect balance in a peaceful neighbourhood. It was very handy being over a veterinary practice to make sure our dog paperwork was in order for returning over the border to England. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will return and would recommend.

Lin was an ideal hostess, and was always very responsive. Her apartment was just what we wanted, and exceeded our expectations. The location was wonderful: across from a park, a short walk to the harbor, close to the train station, and a grocery store nearby. We would definitely stay there again.
