We had an amazing stay. Dirk was very responsive and welcoming The place is perfect. The house was clean and equipped with all the essentials. All major attractions can be easily reached in 20-40 minutes Highly recommended !!!

We stayed in Skipper and Marte's cozy lakeside house over new year's and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Even if the weather was very cold, windy and grey, we enjoyed an adventurous boat trip and amazing fireworks! Skipper was very responsive, helpful and welcoming, really perfect hospitality in every aspect. Nieuwkoop offers all the necessary amenities - from grocery shopping to pike fishing. The bigger cities (e.g. Amsterdam) are easily within reach if you have a car.
