Monthly Rentals in Ottava Presa

Very well equipped apartment where we felt comfortable, there was everything you needed and everything was easy to find. Very good and uncomplicated communication with the hosts, who also have great recommendations ready. The highway can be heard a little quietly in the background, but we did not find this disturbing - comparable to the volume of the air conditioning (which ran in the summer heat anyway when you were at home).

Though he wasn’t onsite during my stay he provided breakfast items and checked in often to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely stay again!!!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Eugenia's and once again everything was perfect. Very clean , well arranged, the toiletries well appreciated as well as the basics in the kitchen. Eugenia is friendly and gave us good places to eat and shop. Everything was perfect ..we will definitely be back.

Alessandra and Umberto are very available. Place was calm and clean. We enjoyed cycling to the beach every morning. And that’s thank to Umberto who kindly lend us their bikes. We loved the sea and hope to return.
