Holiday rentals with a patio in Oskarshamn

It is a small but fully equipped accommodation in the heart of the city. Very quiet location yet minutes away from shopping and the harbor. The island of Öland offers a variety of sightseeing and recreational opportunities. The apartment was a nice starting point for numerous trips to Kalmar and the island.

Very nice accommodation with proximity to everything! The beach, Ica, pastry shop, restaurants etc. Better in real life than in pictures! Consumables such as dish soap, dishwashing tablets, toilet paper, etc., were in the apartment, which was equipped with most things. Wasn't missing anything. We'd love to come back here!

I'm a Superhost myself and like Johan's place like this: The place is so nice and newly renovated! Everything was modern renovated and stylish. The feeling of luxury is the first impression you get. In addition, there is a lounge/living room that you can enjoy with a full kitchen, comfortable sofas, a large TV and a large dining table. Plus an extra patio with seating. Everything is really sooo nice! The apartment has everything you need with really good beds, sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs, private kitchen, private patio with seating and top renovated bathrooms. It's crazy good here. If you see this home, don't hesitate to book it for a second! It was perfect!

Listing is as described and pleasant. It is perfectly suited for a stay of a few days. The sauna and bike loan for the day are a real plus that makes the stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation is located in a very nice neighborhood with quick access to the center of Kalmar by bike.

The accommodation was super nice and convinced us with its coziness and charm. We stayed here for two nights because we visited the Astrid Lindgren world. Just right for this purpose, as we were at the park very quickly by car. The charming little wooden cottage is quietly located and all in all an absolute recommendation. Also the owners were very friendly.

Hey there Suzanne, For us this holiday was to see if Sweden would be 'something' for us. We are used to being always active outside, cycling, hiking and fishing. Now, the surroundings, the peace and the space and then completely the location of the house and the house itself have really made us feel at home. Sweden really surprised us very pleasantly and that's partly because of the experience we had with this house and location. Stepping on the gravel bike from the house and right into the woods without encountering anything or anyone is great. Walking ditto. I still have to invent the fishing just as well but have been allowed to catch fish anyway. And then in the evening when you get home, enjoy the fireplace and enjoy the luxury of a lovely sofa to watch TV. Absolutely amazing accommodation!! We slept three nights and are so happy.

Such a nice house that in every way met our expectations. We spent the autumn holidays here and appreciated that the house was warm and cozy, with the fireplace that made it extra cozy. There are also several games in the house which the children liked. Great kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The location is great, both in the area with proximity to the sea, and to explore the northern parts of Öland. Everything above combined with smooth check-in and nice host allows me to highly recommend this accommodation!

Beautiful place to stay in nature. I can only recommend. Great agreement with the host. Very quiet place. We will definitely come again.

We arrived at 5 pm and walked around the island until 9 in the evening, and left at 8 in the morning. We used our towels and bedding, in the morning we were in a hurry , but we managed to clean and take out the garbage, in general it is cozy and quiet, as we love.

All-round pragmatically nice and simply furnished. Our sick son loved to stay at home. On evenings where the festival ended early, it is very quiet. Only once, some noisy pedestrians came through the night. Sensational: Once around the corner to the harbor - it can be explored from there by standup paddle and the old town island on foot - including other swimming beaches. Tack så mycket !

The house is very nice and cozy with large garden. It is a bit remote but it is very quiet and idyllic. Shopping is not far away in the nearest larger town. Joakim always responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Linda is a super nice landlady. Everything was straightforward and easy. The house and surroundings are a dream. The equipment is more than sufficient, we didn't miss anything and we had a great vacation.

Marie's house is REALLY very, very nice!!! Huge, ample space, a huge kitchen and a large room in which to be all together. Too bad we were only there for 1 night. SUPER RECOMMENDED!!!
