A great and very cozy basement apartment with an incredibly nice bathroom! Comfy beds, even the sofa bed. Very clean and fresh. Super nice and easy going hosts. The children could walk freely on the farm and among the animals. Everyone in the family is super happy. Highly recommend!

We had a great week walking with our kids in the footsteps of Astird Lindgreen. Bullerbü, Katthult, Vimmerby and Mariannelund were easily accessible. There is a nice swimming lake near the apartment. The food at Anki's cafe is highly recommended. We have experienced a lot and have recovered well at the same time thanks to the spacious apartment and the tranquility in Karlstorp. Thank you!

Beautiful guest house in a family villa

Nice and nice accommodation, good service. Nice when the host meets up upon arrival, responds quickly to questions even during the stay. Close to Astrid Lindgren's world which was our goal of the trip. We are very pleased.

So nice as in a luxury hotel and everything so clean that you never see. Everything was thought of - even a shoehorn. There were responses prompt and provided everything right away. Close to everything and the opportunity to enjoy nature . Everything was perfect though very cold especially in the bathroom

We stayed with Frida for the second time. We enjoyed it very much again. Astrid Lindgren Welt is within walking distance. In the other direction about 2 km is a beautiful swimming lake. It's been a great time. We will be back!

We had a perfect stay at Malin’s beautiful home. It had everything we needed and was in a super location close enough to walk into the city and all its attractions. Thank you Malin and family for making our introduction to Kalmar so memorable.

There were 4 of us living there and didn't really have anything to complain about. It was tidy, clear instructions about everything, and smooth check-in. Extra plus was that we could check in earlier as it wasn't booked the day before! There was someone who had noted that there was a musty or damp smell in any reccension before, it was nothing that any of us at all reacted to. Would definitely consider staying again.

Very nice accommodation with proximity to everything! The beach, Ica, pastry shop, restaurants etc. Better in real life than in pictures! Consumables such as dish soap, dishwashing tablets, toilet paper, etc., were in the apartment, which was equipped with most things. Wasn't missing anything. We'd love to come back here!
