We had a great time, we enjoyed the pool and the flat was very nice! Christina was very helpful regarding the flat, amenities and other questions we had. We would absolutely recommend this place!

We arrived late as we where visiting family in Taranto, they where there to meet us in person even though we didn’t arrive till gone 10pm this was amazing and they where super helpful! Such a lovely home and hosts and the views are incredible!

We had a wonderful stay. The house has a great location overlooking the sea and it is idyllic and quiet. Great place to relax. The sea can be reached in a few minutes by car and you have a great beach promenade with great beach clubs. The landlords are extremely friendly and open. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. We have 5 stars.

This was a spectacular Air BnB. We could not have been happier with our experience. Robert was an absolutely amazing host. Incredibly responsive and helpful. The place was clean and simply beautiful. The location is unmatched. We cannot wait to return. Close to Fossacesia, Lanciano, chieti etc. we are definitely coming back in the future. A fabulous experience.

I consider Erwin’s place one of the best places we have been in. He was very helpful and gave us 2 documents with instructions and recommendations The house was spotless, and the pool was amazing. The house is surrounded by a breathtaking view. On the second day, he came over and gave me the instructions in person which was Fab. I highly recommend his place.

a beautiful place in the hills of pineto. with the beach in walking distance and the house already being in the hills there were many routes for walks close by and national parks for hikes in about 1h from the villa by car. personal suggestion if you are the sportive type: rent a mountain bike and go for rides in the beautiful hills! Valentina was very nice and supportive when we had any problems.

We stayed with family for a week with friends and two girls. The house is large and in a good location. Pietro was always very helpful even though we never met. Everything went well, unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the garden at all because there were too many mosquitoes, really too many. Everything is available in the house, and it is very spacious so comfortable. Lots of cute beaches around. I recommend it for a vacation with family and friends.

The villa is beautiful, renovated while maintaining its original identity but with all the necessary comforts and even more. In-room amenities better than a hotel, including toothbrushes. The rooms have a triple view with a beautiful view of the sea and where you can admire unforgettable sunrises, warm and thoughtfully furnished rooms. Kitchen equipped with lots of appliances, very large outdoor space, car parking, great selection of vinyl. A special mention to Nicola who welcomed us and illustrated the home and surroundings.

Highly recommend this home; the owner has done an amazing job with the decor. The photos on-line are a true reflection of this beautiful home. Plus the views are spectacular! Very peaceful. Luisa was very responsive and met us at check in. I requested an iron as we were attending a wedding and our dresses needed a quick press from the luggage. Luisa made it happen.

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Drop-dead gorgeous property and location! The house and grounds are well maintained, and clearly cared for. The location is perfect if you are looking for a bit of quiet and seclusion (with a 5 minute climb down to a perfect beach). I would recommend having a vehicle if you are looking to explore the surrounding area.

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.

We had a great stay in Ripa Teatina. The villa is exactly as it is in the listing, the pool is great and our 2 families had a lovely time. Frederico went above and beyond by purchasing a high chair for us especially after requesting shortly before our stay. Location was perfect for us, with nice restaurants and beach in Francavilla and a lovely pizza place in the village (short drive away)

Beautiful villa! After traveling half of Italy we stopped for 5 days at YourPlace Abruzzo where we were able to rest peacefully and especially enjoy the pool which is just beautiful. Nothing to say except the last 100m to reach the villa which is a gravel road.

This was a perfect spot for us to visit family. We were able to swim in the pool and felt safe in the home. Miranda always communicated back immediately when we needed something. Lots of room for a big family or group.

We had an amazing stay! Mario was incredibly communicative and accommodating, especially with check-in and check-out times, making everything seamless. He proactively made us aware of important updates in Lettomanoppello we wouldn’t otherwise have known about. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and a perfect, peaceful retreat to come back to each day after exploring the the area. We had everything we needed and more—Mario went above and beyond, providing complimentary food and drinks upon arrival and throughout our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was also so private, offering a serene escape from the town. We truly enjoyed every minute and will definitely stay here again!

We (four adults and two kids) really enjoyed staying with Paul and May. The house is tastefully decorated and offers every comfort - exactly as described and seen in the photos.

Beautiful location, large, clean and equipped with everything, just as described, immersed in the relaxation on the hill. Great as a base to go to the sea (15 minutes by car) but also allows you to spend entire days by the pool. Check-in and assistance throughout the stay, Rita assured, attentive and always kind. Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

We loved everything about this place. It’s a beautiful building which has been exceptionally well restored. Great location. Extremely well equipped with everything you could want. Pool is a particular highlight.

For me and my family this was one of the most relaxing vacations in one of the most beautiful homes we have ever had. Tina, who manages the house, is very responsive and a small problem with the hot water was fixed immediately. She knows the area very well and has lots of good recommendations. And if you ask nicely, she will gladly reserve a table in one of the many restaurants where no other language is spoken except Italian. You should also be prepared for hot weather and that the house has no air conditioning. I could only sleep badly at night because of the hear and you didn't want to open the windows wide because of the lack of mosquito nets. And if you are tall - like me - you should know that the beds are only 190 cm long. For families with small children I would not recommend the house. The two bedrooms in the Cube are not connected with each other or with the main house and up at the pool are few places where small children could fall off and hurt themselves badly.
