We had a wonderful week in this apartment. The location is perfect, a few meters from the beach of Scerne di Roseto, ideal for those who love to wake up with the scent of the sea and reach the beach in a few minutes. The apartment is extremely clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and the spaces are comfortable and welcoming. Roberto was very kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Chantal was friendly, accurate, and proactive in providing us with information about the accommodation and everything we needed. Very tidy house and as expected. The only small downside, negligible for the most, is that there are many dogs in the neighborhood who bark in the morning. Overall very positive experience, highly recommended!

If you want to experience nature and Italian culture this place is perfect. The host and his mother are amazing, they were very kind and considerate, we felt at our grandparents' house. Dona Ilda, the host's mother, she is always ready to help, she made us many delicious foods, always very cheerful and willing, a great company for you to talk and learn more about Italians. The house is well tidy and the place is very calm, we could not have made a better choice. We'll definitely be back, there's nothing better than traveling and feeling at home🏡.

Andrea's apartment is very spacious and so clean you could literally eat off the floor! Check in was great with Maria and she is very helpful. It is a bit of an uphill treck to get back from the main piazza but that's ok..we needed the exercise. 😅 Thanks Andrea for making our stay so enjoyable!

My wife and I had a wonderful two weeks at Riccardo and Domenika's apartment. We arrived a couple of weeks after the summer season had ended, so we almost had the miles of beautiful beaches to ourselves. We didn't have a car, so spent a lot of time walking in the area. It was beautiful. The apartment was spacious and just like the photographs, although the view from the balcony up the green hills was better than we expected. We were able to enjoy the views whilst eating our meals on the terrace. Domenika supplied us with recommendations of where to eat and was also a great help to us when on the day of our departure there was a train strike and we had to make alternative plans. From Pineto we visited Bologna and Venice by train, but mostly we were content just to enjoy walking in the area around Pineto. In summary, the apartment was perfect for our needs and we would love to go back there in the future.
