Εύκολη πρόσβαση στην παραλία δίπλα στον πεζόδρομο με καφετέριες, μπαράκια και ταβέρνες. Λίγα μέτρα από Super market, Α.Τ.Μ, συγκοινωνίες, εμπορικά. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες και μπορεί να υποδεχθεί μέχρι 5 άτομα. Αν και δεν χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο λίγο πιο πέρα υπάρχει δημόσιο πάρκινγκ. Μεγάλη και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.
