Highly recommended! This place is a gem in Coonoor. And the owner is great guy! Right from getting to the property, the actual room, cleaninnes and the magical views from the property - all this were a delight for us. Additionally, the caretaker Mr. Guna is a helpful and responsive person for all your needs during your stay. The owner, Mr. Gerald, helped with some nice local suggestions and transport contacts. P.S. - Do try the fresh Dosas served in the morning breakfast, they're amazing!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Stumpfields and I must say, this listing is even more beautiful and relaxing than it appears in the photos! My stay was incredibly calm and rejuvenating, with the stunning sunrise and breathtaking landscaping truly being the cherry on top. I can’t wait to return and will definitely plan for a longer stay next time. The breakfast was delicious and absolutely incredible and I loved that there were books available everywhere to enjoy during my downtime. Everything about this place was perfect and I genuinely loved every moment of my visit. Highly recommend!!!

Great place for families wanting to spend time in natural surroundings My kids loved watching birds, observing cows, playing with Fudgy, Seeing the fish aquarium and in general playing in the open park area. The place has great natural surroundings - so many different flowers, birds that you won't normally see in your usual city life and an overall sense of calm. The home styles food and fresh milk from the cows is icing on the cake Overall a great place for families to spend quality time

Had a wonderful and peaceful stay at this beautiful property hosted by Mr Byram. Thankyou for accommodating us. everything was as shown in the pictures and even more beautiful in real. The staff were always there and took care of us they guided Us on where to go got us transport gave us well cooked homely food. definitely going back there👍

photos don't do justice to the beauty, peace and silence that we could feel while staying. food was amazing, all made with fresh vegetables and spices right from the farm. chef is doing a super job. native food experience. We booked the one with living room and stayed for 5 days, the stay was very comfortable, swiggy delivers there, you got Netflix and a very clean bathroom, Zuhaina was so sweet to us recommending good places to eat and see. The WiFi works well, if you wish to work from there it’s a plus! Coming back to this place after the treks and sightseeing was heavenly.

Exactly what we needed after a big and busy Indian wedding. Ooty felt like the Tuscany of India. We loved this cottage and location, it provided the peaceful retreat we were looking for. They had a very friendly and sweet dog and two kitties that made us smile and laugh. Wifi and cell service is tricky but that is part of the charm. Drinkable water from the faucet and tasted and felt very soft (IYKYK) and the water ran very hot if you needed a warm shower to melt stress and the slightly cool chill of Ooty away. Breathtaking views and sunrises. Flavourful breakfasts. Can’t say enough good things about this place. I hope to come back someday.

This has been one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnbs we have stayed at- and we have stayed at many! Starting from the communication from Maria which was proactive, always helpful and friendly, and was also very transparent in terms of setting expectations. She gave us a list of nearby restaurants to try and we found all the ones we tried to be great! Coming to Eden itself, we can't talk about the place without talking about the world's most friendly, sweetest and most hospitable hosts- Jose Uncle and Sindhu Aunty. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home- it genuinely felt like visiting family! The room was tastefully done, the linens were pristine and the whole place was super clean. The breakfasts every morning were fresh and tasty, the cups of tea provided by Uncle and Aunty were just the ticket given the cold weather. Conversations with Uncle and Aunty were super interesting and felt easy. We met as strangers, but left as family. Highly highly recommend!

Very nice and cozy case. Beautiful surroundings. Right in the lap of nature. You will enjoy if you want to have time off and relax. Sashi was very helpful and just a call away in case you need anything. Just one suggestion: infrastructure of the rooms can be improved.
