Michael and Mark were excellent hosts! They were friendly and attentive, and the studio was well maintained, easy to access, and in close proximity to the freeways to be able to get in/out of Yuba City quickly. Their garden is a whimsical magical paradise with ducks, chickens, and fruit trees abounding. Would definitely recommend this place!

This adorable little retreat had all the comforts of home away from home. It served as the perfect base camp for the guys to go duck hunting and the girls to hang out. We brought our dog and grandbaby. The house was perfect as the decor was simple and had very little that the baby could get to and hurt, and just enough to feel cozy and at home. Ample parking. Great outdoor amenities. nice front porch and oversized back yard. We will definitely consider it for the future trips to the area.

We were in town visiting family as we often do 4 to 5 times a year. This is our first time at this location but it will not be the last time. Spacious, comfortable, and in a quiet location.

My second time staying here, worked out great. Would book again. Thank you!
