Beachfront holiday rental in Old Town, Dubrovnik

Most peaceful and beautiful place we've been to in Europe, where we could fully enjoy the serene atmosphere. The view is surreal, it looks like a Windows wallpaper. Our room was very practical as well, since we could live autonomously with the little kitchenette. There is also a fully equipped communal kitchen. Cherry on the cake, Mara and her son Mijo were so kind to us! They didn't hesitate to share useful info and insights about the region. We felt considered! Thank you very much 🙏🏻 we hope to have the chance to come back

Beautiful home with a perfect location, situated 15 minutes away from Dubrovnik old town. Mihaela was very welcoming and provided us with lots of tourist information/ recommendations. She was very accommodating considering we booked very last minute! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone who wants to visit Dubrovnik!

The whole holiday was amazing and the apartment was the perfect place to come back to each day, such a homely feel. And the views from the upstairs balcony at sunrise, stunning. I the apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood with a convenience store in the same building which was very useful, the apartment is well stocked with cleaning equipment, kitchen utensils and plenty of towels. It’s about a twenty minute brisk walk to Old Town from the apartment but trust me when I say - the views en route are WORTH IT. Stunning views of the Adriatic sea which if you stayed in old town you would miss! And Bellevue beach is just two minutes walk away, beautiful at sunrise and sunset and all the hours in between. I would one hundred percent return to Dubrovnik one day, it stole a piece of my heart and I would stay at this apartment again no question. It really felt like home from home.

Mlini is such a beautiful beach paradise, we felt very lucky to have a quiet spot to unwind. It was very easy to uber from this location to the airport at 5:30 AM the next day as well. Grateful to our hosts and the town of Mlini!

My daughter and I had an amazing time in Dubrovnik staying at Irena's Happy Home. Everything from arrival to check out was great. Irena arranged for us to be collected from the airport and very kindly let us have an early check in. Irena knows Dubrovnik very well and is passionate about her guests having a great time. We were celebrating my daughters 21st birthday and Irena gave us some fantastic recommendations. Happy Home is in a great location within easy walking distance of the Old Town and the beautiful local beach where the water is crystal clear! Inside the apartment is so clean and well decorated. It is very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly loved the outside space and enjoyed looking for the little turtles in the garden! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are lucky enough to be visiting Dubrovnik! Thank you Irena, you are a fantastic host and we enjoyed our time at Happy Home. We can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Katica’s. Felt just like home. She offered us some home grown fruits and recommended us great places. If I wanted to nitpick I could say the bathroom was small which might create some inconvenience for a larger person. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Margarita was a super host. Absolutely loved the place in Mlini. 10 mins to Dubrovnik airport and 20 mins to Dubrovnik by boat. Also boats to 3 islands and cavtat. We did all three. Mini ferry and the beach on door step. Literally minutes away for a dip in the sea . Few good restaurants nearby we tried 4 of them. La Norma was the best.Bistro oleander for beautiful breakfast if you like.Apartment is stocked with kitchen appliances,pots and pans,washing machine also lots of towels and toiletries.Margarita had lot of goodies for us and kids. Even she squeezed some fresh orange juice from the orange tree in her garden and kept in the fridge along with some beer,cheese and eggs for breakfast.also had a huge tv so we could login to our Netflix on that for kids .she was very proactive and nice. Even she managed to pick and drop us at the airport. We definitely will come back 💯 percent. We absolutely loved it 🥰

They were extremely friendly, we got there late at night and Mario gave us cake cheese and bread. Also we asked if they could get us milk and water before we came and they did. Pool area always clean and tidy the road is very close to the property but the bus stop was right outside so that was a bonus. It is a lovely area Mario took us to the supermarket and showed us the local area and gave us details of best places to eat and go.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, the space was beautifully decorated, the attention to detail was amazing for each themed room, they were spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Kristina is very friendly, proactive and responsive as a host. The pool area was lovely and a chilled beer was a great welcome as well as all the recommendations.

We had a fantastic stay here. There is parking if you need it, but also a bus stop that is close if you want to get the bus to Dubrovnik. There were fantastic views from the apartment and an outdoor area to eat. We spent a week here and it was perfect for us.

Great villa in a fabulous location. Walking distance down to good choice of restaurants in Mlini and easy boat to Cavtat or Dubrovnik which we also used Ubers for. Natalia was a great host, giving lots of local recommendations and even booking us a table at a lovely restaurant in the old town after we’d done her walking tour. She can also arrange transfers or trips out. Villa provided plenty of space for 10 and we enjoyed the sea views and lovely pool. Being able to walk down to the sea for a swim after lunch was also a bonus. Croatia is a beautiful country and we were struck by how friendly everyone was (Uber drivers were a great source of information!). Large villas within walking distance of beach/bars/restaurants are hard to find but this was a great spot for us. A great holiday.

Everything went well and we had a great week at Niko’s place! The pool area was nice and everything was very well taken care of. We can totally recommend!

The view of the Adriatic Sea is amazing from this place. Waking up to amazing views felt like a dream. The private pool is a great bonus. The home is very clean. Emily is very welcoming and attentive. Made our stay smooth from check in to check out. I couldn't ask for a better place for a peaceful and luxurious getaway. Highly recommend!

Wonderful week at Katarinas Green corner. Lovely terrace and room, comfortable beds, perfect size of room for 2 persons. Close to the bus and promenade to the beach and restaurants. Katarina and her husband are so warm and welcoming and helpful. We loved it and will come back!

The apartment was very nice. Beautiful view from the terrace. Short walk to market, restaurants and bus stop. Lots of steps so good shoes needed! The host, Petra, was really sweet, helped and took good care of us. She answered always quickly. I highly recommend this apartment and host!

Amazing!! We stayed in Vojo's place after a busy week of touring. It was so peaceful and the views are spectacular. No need for a car, the old town is within walking distance and we also used Uber a few times. Vojo was so gracious. Our son had a bad foot injury and Vojo and his wife went out of their way to help him. Also, Vojo arranged for a private transfer to airport for a 5am pickup which was perfect. Definitely book this house you will not be disappointed.

We just returned from a 3-week stay at Irena's apartment & have so many things to rave about. First, the space itself: as many have mentioned, the view is spectacular, with a spacious & comfortable balcony AND a smaller front door table & chair set to enjoy it from. We had some unexpected health issues that forced us indoors more than we'd expected & that view, so grand & serene, really saved us during those times. The apartment itself was perfect for my husband and I. It's maintained in pristine condition, had everything we needed, and is incredibly cozy and comfortable (OMG, that bed and that leather sofa--SO comfortable!), and having rented a car, I can tell you, having free parking included was invaluable. Lastly, we have met many hosts over the years, but Irena is in a class by herself. Never have we met anyone so warm, accommodating, responsive, and helpful. She was our local angel and just so incredibly kind. If there is an Airbnb Hall of Fame she should definitely be in it!
