Holiday rentals with breakfast in Old Town, Bologna

Andrea is an exceptional host and his kindness was one of the highlights of our stay. The house is as shown in the photos, it is equipped with everything you need of excellent quality: from the kitchen, the bathroom to the rooms. We didn't miss anything and everything worked perfectly. It has a lot of space, the temperature was ideal, full of details, has parking and is very well connected to the road. In addition, Andrea was always attentive to us, providing us with excellent recommendations on walks and restaurants in the region. We especially want to highlight the breakfast and the comfort of the beds. We think it was the first time we really felt at home being on an Airbnb. I wish all the places and hosts were like this! We left wanting to stay a little longer and will definitely be back. Congratulations and thank you very much Andrea for your dedication and kindness!

We were 10 guys and we had a great time, warm and cozy house, very clean bathrooms and kitchen, a little tight the stay to eat in 10 people together. The breakfast was very rich among yogurt milk cereal biscuits. Overall great value for money, we will definitely be back

Great apartment, with easy access to trains and buses into Bologna. Lots of amenities around to stay in the neighbourhood as well, with restaurants, pasticceria and grocery store.

The Airbnb was amazing. I loved the modern style, simplistic and minimal. The suite suited our needs and was close to the Fiere and restaurants. Our host was incredible, very responsive and helped us out with whatever questions we had. His book of standards were top notch and easy to understand. 10/10, recommend this to anyone staying in Bologna.

Overall, it was a positive experience. The apartment is in a convenient location, the area is quiet and well connected to the center. The spaces are well organized and furnished with a simple but functional style. In terms of comfort, the stay was pleasant: the bed was comfortable and the kitchen equipped. In general, it is a practical and suitable accommodation for a short stay in Bologna. The owner was very kind, he gave us the opportunity to check in early and, at our request to be a little warmer, he did not hesitate for a moment. We'll recommend it.

Apartment in the heart of Bologna but not in the middle of chaos. Very comfortable to get around on foot, very quiet apartment equipped with double fixtures that ensure a peaceful sleep, even in summer given the presence of air conditioners both in the kitchen and in the bedroom. The apartment is essential but perfect, clean and fragrant. I highly recommend Daniele's stay, very nice and approachable.

It was a pleasure staying at the B&B. The location is great, close to everything and it has everything you need. We got recommendations for restaurants and local attractions. It’s a cozy place and I definitely recommend it!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Piero's B&B for two nights and our experience was exceptional. Piero is a kind and caring host, extremely helpful with his guests. Our room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, but particularly appreciated was the breakfast with a relaxing musical background, with fresh yogurt, milk, jam and bread, all seasoned with the beautiful company of his daughter Flaminia and the little Rama who showed us on the map the various attractions in the area and the details of the apartment so that our stay was impeccable. Experience more than recommended.

The little apartment was very cozy and Gianfranco and Alice are very welcoming. The sweet breakfast was wonderful, the homemade jam very delicious. Very family stay. Only for anyone without a car important to know: in the evening there is no bus, then only running or taxi.
