I had an amazing stay at Ivan’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Ivan was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend staying here, and I will definitely book again in the future. Thanks, Ivan, for a fantastic experience!

Arianna & Fulvio were very professional hosts, super responsive (communication was great) and incredibly friendly. The place had everything we needed. We arrived late in the evening, Fulvio came to meet us and took us up to the apartment. Top floor with a heavy suitcase was manageable but do take it into account. Fulvio offered to help but it was no problem for us. The apartment was very clean and they even left us some fruit and a bottle of wine. Location is not in the historic centre but we actually liked that. Avoids the crowds, gave us a real sense of the other side of Bologna and was close enough for an easy walk into town. Very conveniently located close to the central station as well if you’re travelling by train. We would be happy to recommend this place!

Mirsie is a wonderful host! It's been a pleasure staying with her. The whole apartment was beautiful and spotless. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of space, beautiful plants. The apartment was warm and quiet. Mirsie welcomed us to the apartment and recommended several places in Bologna. Contacting her was seamless. Mirsie - you are great, we wish you all the best! If we ever come to Bologna again, we'd love to stay with you :)

It was a pleasure staying in this beautiful apartment. Everything was cozy, cozy, and clean The place was close to the center which allowed us to take a lot of walking in the historic center of Bologna! In addition, Alessia gave us some recommendations that we really enjoyed! We'll keep this good address in mind:))

Beautiful view of hills and the city of Bologna. The home is very well thought out and modern. It was a very comfortable stay. The road leading to the home was a little rural, so I definitely recommend you have your own car! Daniela was very responsive and answered all our questions very quickly. Definitely recommend!

Everything is perfect, very clean, comfortable, cozy accommodation, with everything you need. Location: well, there is very close to the house bus stop, to go to the center, bus station and train. Nearby services, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets,etc. The best they, Daniela welcomed us and took care of us very well, Filippo recommended places near the house very good by the way also through the center. Any questions were answered soon. All good.

The accommodation was good, the bed was comfortable, in a great location, close to the bus station, but the city center can also be walked in. The kitchen is not very well equipped. And every sound can be heard from the staircase attached to the apartment. The apartment doesn't face the street, so it's basically quiet, but the noise from the staircase is clearly audible.
