Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Okaloosa Island

Barbara’s place was lovely. We had a wonderful time with our family. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe letting our 13/14 year old girls ride bikes around. The golf cart was a big help. The pools in the pictures are both great. The circle pool is literally right across the street, so much closer than we thought. The other pool isn’t far either, and has golf cart parking. The neighbors we spoke to during different encounters were very friendly and also offered advice for things to do. The private beach is amazing and so quiet compared to the extremely crowded public beaches around. The house had everything we could think of and more.

Staying at this property was an exceptional experience! It is immaculate, with beautifully decorated rooms and top-notch amenities. The serene view and lush landscaping created a perfect retreat to include the Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the spacious living area is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Destin. Austin is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location is ideal, close to beaches and local attractions. Highly recommend for a luxurious, stress-free getaway!

My family and I came here to spend Thanksgiving and really enjoyed our stay! The place was so nice and very clean. We had all the necessary items needed to prepare and have a great meal. The beds were very comfortable. This is a very spacious home, and we loved being close to the beach! Also, there were beach chairs, an umbrella, and etc for us to enjoy a nice beach day.

I got inlove with the house, so beautiful, clean a d peaceful, huge room. Only one little issue, we where 8 people and 1 available restroom. aah! and a suggestion, could the step to the kitchen have a rubber strip along on the step? my 2 yrs missed the step twice and hurt her shin bone. poor thing she cried so hard, and wanted to go home, but I'll be ok!. thanks for everything!

Kevin’s place was perfect for our large family gathering. The big family rm on the first floor had enough space & couches & chairs for everyone to gather & everyone also had a bed! We could easily walk to the beach & also swim in the heated pool in the back yard. It was a great family experience for everyone.

Fabulous home for families! Spacious and comfortable, inside and out! The kitchen has everything needed to make your stay comfortable. The backyard is tremendous, and the pool/hot tub are a bonus! We will return!

The outdoor area is amazing. Gas grill provided. Double decker dock with deep water. Saw dolphins every morning while eating breakfast out there. Fire and waterfall features by the pool. Large hot tub. Massive tv in the common area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Benton's listing. Benton communicated with me throughout the process from booking to checking in. The property was neat, clean and looked exactly like the website photos. I would definitely stay here again. This was our first time staying at an Air BNB. Benton was an excellent host.

Brought my hubby here for his 48th birthday. He is a die hard fan of the Eagles so of course I wanted Superbowl day to be fun. When he saw the size tv he didn't want to go out to a sports bar.....he wanted to stay right there and enjoy watching the superbowl on this huge tv. The place was definitely clean and felt like home. Love the view of the beach and the pool. I enjoyed walking down to the beach and then the jacuzzi. Everything was pretty much walking distance. Melissa gives very clear instructions. I didn't have to reach out to her for anything. Will definitely stay here again.

Honestly the couch was probably the best part about the place, I didn’t even pull out the bed because it was just SO COMFORTABLE, me and my friends that stayed ended up falling asleep on the couch a bunch of times because it was just that good. The place was really clean and the area is beautiful and close to everything, I almost messaged the host to see if I could pay extra to stay longer because the place was that amazing. The host always checked in on us and made sure we were always good and they’re really nice and lovely people to talk to. 10/10 experience

We had a wonderful stay with two young kids and one grandparent! The condo had everything we needed and more - we especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the balconies. The access to the pool and private beach is so convenient - I worried that being on the first floor would be loud, but the condo is very well sound-proofed and we barely heard other guests. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect place for the week. The amenities offered by the neighborhood were great. We enjoyed being across the road from the beach and just steps from the pool.

Wonderful stay! The place was incredibly spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was super convenient, making it easy to get around. The host was responsive and made the check-in process seamless. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Jane was amazing! She was able to respond very quickly if we had any questions. Her space was large enough to comfortably accommodate my whole family. She had enough towels and supplies in the home to last us the whole weekend. The location of the home was very close to downtown, so we were never to far way from any thing. Loved the experience. 10/10 highly recommend :)

We used this beach house for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it is in a great location - steps from the beach! It's a lovely home and we had an amazing time!
