We loved that the house was on the end of the street. It was quiet in a busy neighborhood and we love how close it is to everything.

My entire family of 11 (5 adults 6 children) had an amazing time visiting the area. This villa was exactly as described. It had so much space in the bedrooms, living area and kitchen. We had plenty of room for the entire family. The golf carts were a plus plus plus!!!! Joan was a very responsive host. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a blast at Angie’s house. The property was beautiful and spacious and fit our family and group perfectly. The house is close to the beach (3 minute drive) and would recommend a golf cart or car to get there. Lots of dining options around. We enjoyed Santa Rosa Beach which is a little less crowded than other 30a beaches. I would recommend bringing a few extra necessities such as paper towels, trash bags etc as we ran out of the starter supply. Also, pool/beach towels as those weren’t provided. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and a great spot to relax after the beach. Overall it was a fantastic house and I’d recommend!

My family and I enjoyed our stay, felt like home. Beach and restaurants are close by.

Kerry’s place was a great stay, y’all. My husband, 2 dogs and I stayed for a week. Kerry met us at check-in and was very welcoming. During the stay, he was responsive to our questions. His home was pristine and airy. The bed was comfortable, towels were fluffy and soft, shower had good pressure. The beach is about a 0.5 mile walk and wasn’t busy when we were there. Highly recommend!
