Place is small but quaint. Washer and dryer come in handy for longer trips. Area is close to hibiya and Chiyoda lines, as well as the JR system. There are plenty of eating locations 10-15 minutes away walking. The building is very quiet and the host is incredibly helpful. I would stay here again.

This location really quiet and peaceful location it is very nice and around of this hotel there are a lots of Stations, so it is really comfy. when I go to Tokyo again ill go here.

Very responsive host, the check-in instructions were clear and precise. The location is ideal, just 10 minutes from Oshiage train station, in a quiet and secure area. The apartment was spotless, very clean and comfortable to stay in. The amenities available were also very helpful for my stay. Whether you're coming with your family or alone, this apartment is perfect for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it!

We stayed at Machi-san for a month and it was amazing. The apartment is very well located, about 15 minutes walk from Akihabara and 5 min walk from the Marunochi Line and the Oedo line. The neighborhood is nice and there are good restaurants around the accommodation as well as all amenities. Everything was present in the apartment which was very clean even dressings and cotton swabs. Machi-san really thought of everything. The owner is incredibly kind and always responds to messages. We even got little gifts from him. We really loved staying in this apartment, the beds are so comfortable. They're even better than my home. Everything was perfect and we feel very lucky to have been able to stay here. If we are lucky enough to come back to Japan, I hope to return to Machi-san again 😊❤
