Tyler was an incredible host. He accommodated our last minute booking and welcomed us and our fur babies. Tyler was responsive and kind. The home was clean with a pleasant smell. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We were genuinely surprised with the size of the living space and felt right at home. The kitchen snack box and the bathroom necessity boxes were so thoughtful. The animal toy/blanket bin, coffee/tea station, and board game collection were highlights. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

I left my flat iron there on accident, but luckily my MIL lives close & was able to retrieve it for me. They were so nice & understanding. Apartment was perfection. Every little detail was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again!

Great experience! The house was clean and had all of the promised amenities - definitely appreciated the variety of coffee pods. Beds were comfortable and the fire place heater was a nice touch that kept the place extra warm. Adam was responsive when we had difficulty using the front door keypad and cleared/salted the parking spaces and sidewalk. Will look for this listing when we visit family here again. Thanks!

Roomy house with all the amenities that we needed. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions. TJ’s hand made ice cream up the street was yummy and we walked the muddy creek trail in the mornings.

The Airbnb was extremely clean & organized. It looked just like the photos and had all of the amenities that were offered in the description. The instructions to access were very clear & responses were very quick. Extremely impressed with the stay! Definitely worth the price! Cozy little one bedroom, beautiful view. We saw deer every time we left the place. Just what we needed to get away for a little R & R and boating.

Marshall’s place was perfect for our overnight stay. Close to downtown Cookeville, but far enough out it was quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and stocked and Marshall was very responsive. Highly recommend!

This was a fantastic property - 2 BR and 2 BA with a great set up for us. The location cannot be beat and having the parking was awesome. It is on a main corner, so you can hear the traffic at some points, but it is truly nothing that bothered us at all. The kitchen was well furnished and the beds were comfortable and everything in the unit was clean - I would 100% stay here again.
