Holiday rentals with a patio in Ohio River

Highly recommend!! Was in town for a show at the Mercury Ballroom and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the venue, 4th street, and a lot of restaurants downtown. Airbnb was very clean, felt safe, looked just like the pictures. Very quiet, did not hear the neighbors at all. This is right in downtown, but did not hear the traffic unless it was a loud vehicle. The bed was also very comfy. Parking garage was very convenient to get to and you can see your parking spot from the unit. Although getting in and out the garage in a Honda Civic was hard because of the tight corners. Longer vehicles like trucks and SUVs might have trouble, but just take it slow. Devin and his team was always nice, communicated very well, and gave detailed instructions. We didnt need anything from them, but always answered within minutes when we did message.

Tyler was an incredible host. He accommodated our last minute booking and welcomed us and our fur babies. Tyler was responsive and kind. The home was clean with a pleasant smell. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We were genuinely surprised with the size of the living space and felt right at home. The kitchen snack box and the bathroom necessity boxes were so thoughtful. The animal toy/blanket bin, coffee/tea station, and board game collection were highlights. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

This was our second time staying at this airbnb and the location being so near downtown and Cedarville University where our son attends, was fantastic. I am picky when it comes to cleanliness so I appreciate the fact that Paul's place is always clean. Thanks for another great stay!

Roomy house with all the amenities that we needed. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions. TJ’s hand made ice cream up the street was yummy and we walked the muddy creek trail in the mornings.

Charrisa is a wonderful host, she goes above and beyond to make sure her guest feel comfortable. This was our second time staying at one of her places and just like the first time it was exactly as described. Would definitely book with her again in the future.

Penny’s place was the perfect spot to explore the Nashville area. We enjoyed the location in East Nashville - several restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and live music venues within a mile. We walked to Five Points more than once and enjoyed taking in the charm of the historic neighborhood. The unit features a private entrance on the lower level with several outdoor seating areas to enjoy the backyard from. The bed was super comfy and the space was a good size for two adults. The in-unit washer & dryer were an excellent perk! While the unit does not have a full kitchen, it had the necessities for us (coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave), and Penny went above and beyond to stock it with water and snacks. Much appreciated! Penny is communicative and friendly. We would gladly stay again 😊

Nice place with 3BRs/4 baths downstairs and 2 BRs /1 bath upstairs. Sitting areas (each a little limited) and kitchens on both levels. It worked fine for our group of 5 guys. Not in the greatest area but felt safe. Plenty of parking in the rear and conveniently located to restaurants and other businesses on Main St. The host was very responsive and accessible.

This was a wonderful stay. The setting was simply beautiful and the accommodations were quite clean and comfortable. The hosts were super quick to respond, incredibly flexible and proactive in helping us to sort out our dates. Highly recommend!

Quintin's house was in a very peaceful location and was very clean inside and well stocked. We felt very comfortable in his house.

Christen's home was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend. My husband and I loved having the hot tub after a day of exploring Evansville, and the home was very cozy to come back to. We didn't end up bringing our dogs, but they would've had plenty of space to play in the front and backyards.

the villa was located in the heart of downtown Jeffersonville. easy access to downtown Louisville. I will stay here again when visiting family and friends.

The Airbnb was extremely clean & organized. It looked just like the photos and had all of the amenities that were offered in the description. The instructions to access were very clear & responses were very quick. Extremely impressed with the stay! Definitely worth the price! I would highly recommend to others wishing to stay in a beautiful, cozy area in Nashville.

The place was comfortable and clean. We were so happy with the space. I'd have liked the kitchen to be a bit better stocked, but that had more to do with past spaces, not Marshall's description. If you need anything beyond salt and pepper, make sure to bring it, but otherwise, the place was exactly what we needed.

This place was the perfect cozy spot with a great view overlooking downtown Cincinnati and the river! Very close to everything you’d need, clean, and well organized. Perfect place to get away and enjoy downtown Cincinnati!

Julie’s Airbnb is the most perfect Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at, it was impeccably clean, well-stocked with every amenity you could imagine, plush bedding & towels, and it was in the perfect spot. It was peaceful and quiet but also right downtown where you could walk to the riverbank or to shops and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back!

This was a fantastic property - 2 BR and 2 BA with a great set up for us. The location cannot be beat and having the parking was awesome. It is on a main corner, so you can hear the traffic at some points, but it is truly nothing that bothered us at all. The kitchen was well furnished and the beds were comfortable and everything in the unit was clean - I would 100% stay here again.
