House holiday rentals in Ohio River

The parking was important to us and there was plenty of room there for the trucks. The property, more importantly room situation was accurately decribed which we also appreciated. Beth was very responsive to any messages sent. overall great experience.

Absolute stunning home and surroundings. We held a small wellness retreat and the workout room, pool and sauna were great amenities to have and were utilized. We had some challenges with the sauna staying on( user error) I’m sure 😁 but otherwise no issues. We’ve already talked about the possibility of coming back again next year so the recommendation comes highly.

This was a perfect house for our family. We were meeting up from different states. Everything was so lovely and well equipped. There was a nice, big back yard, fully fenced which my dog loved. The children playroom was awesome, my 2 yr-old nephew loved it! Great location in between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Amanda was quick to respond to any needs or questions. The outdoor space was awesome the pool the hot tub plenty of outdoor seating. The house was stocked with plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen has all the pots pans and utensils you need to prepare meals. We would definitely stay here again. It was peaceful! Nice surroundings and felt safe! I loved they have fans in all the rooms. I wish there were beds in the basement!!

Clean and cozy house with great space and open area around the house. Host was kind, courteous, and accommodating. Loved the peace and quiet and the host isn’t intrusive in any way. Would recommend for anyone who wants a peaceful getaway with a comfortable place to stay.

This was our third year renting this beautiful home during Christmas. Jennifer has excelled in providing all the right touches to make this spacious house a home away from home. Jennifer has fully equipped this home with everything you need to prepare meals, play family games, and make special memories together. We will definitely book again!

The house was exactly what we needed for our visit to Martin to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. It slept 10 people comfortably, was extremely clean, and felt warm and welcoming. I highly recommend!

This was our 2nd time staying here! The neighborhood is very nice, safe, and convenient. The home is roomy, bright, clean, and pleasant. Kevin and Joy communicate quickly and are very friendly. It was great to be able to have our dog with us this time too! Booking, check-in and check-out is smooth and clear. We will stay again!

The beds were just terrible, which is no reflection on David. the mattresses were as hard as the floor!! worst sleep ever in our lives. We drew straws for who got to sleep on the couch!

Our stay was great! It was a great location for visiting my son at App State. The house was clean and a great place to spend some time together.

Property was very nice, lots to see, fun to hike, little waterfall. Places to make a bonfire. I really enjoyed the use of the hot tub. Easy instructions, great location. Major hiking within 10 minutes. The bedrooms were comfortable and well equipped. If you are a girl and staying here, I would suggest bringing some chick flick movies if you’re a DVD kind of person, otherwise all the streaming services are available to sign into.

This is our 2nd stay here, Ashley has gone above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Definitely will return! Great part of town to get to many hatfield trails and outlaw trails! Great restaurants around as well.

Great location for visiting the area and fascinated by the historic elements of the house. That said, loved the gas fireplace during this winter stay!

Thanks for the stay! This house was perfect for our group, very spaceous with a large kitchen and family room and the location could not have been any better. Less than a 5 minute drive to the Summersville parking lot, so if you are planning on going to the lake then look no further. Would love to stay here again sometime!
