Platypus Hills is a superb retreat! The home was perfectly equipped, clean and so comfortable! Danielle, Susie, Nancy & Dawn are perfect hosts! Available and friendly but respectful of your privacy. The setting is idyllic and provided me and friends a peaceful and relaxing get away that left us refreshed and re-energized. Just loved our time! Thank you all!

The parking was important to us and there was plenty of room there for the trucks. The property, more importantly room situation was accurately decribed which we also appreciated. Beth was very responsive to any messages sent. overall great experience.

Josh and Kiara have a beautifully decorated home that made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail in the decor really added to the atmosphere, and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Their hospitality was evident, from their great communication to the thoughtful card wishing my friend luck on her exam, which was such a kind gesture. There was a small cleaning oversight, but they were very responsive and clearly care about their guests’ experience. Overall, a great stay, and I’d definitely consider booking again in the future!

This location was beautiful and provided the kids with lots of natural entertainment. There was plenty of space to spend together or apart from one another.

This place was absolutely phenomenal. The house itself was very clean. It had tons of space for everyone that came down for the weekend. The game room is such a huge bonus to this stay, we ended up spending most of our time in here. The hot tub is also great and works perfect. I would highly recommend this place and plan to come back in the future!

A couple of us came to celebrate a birthday. The location was great and there was so much to do! I wish we stayed a day longer to fully enjoy everything!

We stayed here while visiting family in the area and had a great experience. Tyler was very responsive and accommodating from the start. We were traveling with young children, and he went above and beyond by setting up a crib and pack ‘n plays for us, which made things so much easier. The place is very family-friendly—even had a playroom, which was a huge bonus! Everything was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. Highly recommend, especially for families with little ones.

the place is a five star place. clean, spacious, comfortable, best location. everything is neat. we felt at home. I highly recommend staying at this place. if you compare it to a 5 stars hotel, they will rank lower than this palace. everything you need is there from the bathrooms to the living rooms to the rooms. if we ever come back to Columbus, we absolutely would look it up again. The hygiene is superior in this place. thank you Ingir and Mike for accommediating us.

The house was clean, well stocked with towels and linens, and a great location. Jim was responsive and provided clear instructions for check in/out.

Jerry’s home was perfect for our group of 10 adults in town for a concert at Effingham Performance Center. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, baking sheets and all of the utensils you could need. We cooked a full dinner and breakfast for 10 while there. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating in the common spaces and the sun porch was a a nice are for a smaller group. Jerry was very accommodating and provided clear directions and labels for all things related to the house. Our whole group loved our stay at Jerry’s place and felt it was a tremendous value!

Three of us stayed comfortably for two weeks while horse showing at WEC. The house was exactly as shown in the listing and conveniently located for our needs. We appreciated how clean everything was. There were plenty of fluffy towels provided as well as a great washer and dryer. Mark was super nice and checked on us periodically to make sure everything was going okay. Thank you for making it a great experience!

Great host. We just needed a spot for a night’s rest while traveling. Check in was a breeze and the place was quiet, cozy, and clean, with all the listed amenities. And the price was right. Definitely would recommend to other travelers.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Aleksandar's beautiful home! It was exactly as pictured, the hot tub was great and the beds we comfortable. Loved the back porch to watch nature and take in the the peaceful surroundings. If you're looking for to get away and disconnect and just enjoy some peaceand nature this is your place. the views are breath taking and I felt that the prive we paid was well worth it, we would definitely book again.

The house was exactly what we needed for our visit to Martin to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. It slept 10 people comfortably, was extremely clean, and felt warm and welcoming. I highly recommend!

Kevin's place is top notch. We attended a revival at Pine Lake Church of Christ in Sebring, OH. We were within 5 minutes of the church. The place was spotless, as described and Kevin responded extremely quickly. We will be back!!

Small town, relaxing stay with everything you need for a relaxing weekend. Enjoyed watching movies and playing games at night. Rio Grande is a small town gem and the Little Brick House makes itself part of the great experience.

Great place for the whole family to stay for our son’s white coat ceremony. Very clean, lots of room and we were able to include our fur baby also!

All six of us plus our dog felt comfortable and right at home in this 175 year old home. We were actually the lucky ones. Phenomenal location with great shopping and restaurants so close by. Kelly was a friendly and responsive host. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This place is one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all places we have stayed. The place was clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was easy to navigate to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to supermarkets and dozens of restaurants. had a great stay in loogootee! we only came through for one night but it was just what we needed! the layout of the home is rather unique but totally fine. i will say, if someone who stays in the front bedroom had to go to the bathroom, they would’ve had to go through the back bedroom or the garage which was odd to me. but, we had a great stay though!
