My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while visiting my in-laws in Dayton. Phil was super nice and helpful, the place was very clean, and we got it a great price. No complaints - I highly recommend!

I loved this Airbnb so much that I ended up staying for 5 months! Kate has been such a wonderful host and I have enjoyed getting to know her. When I first moved to the area I chose this Airbnb and I am so happy I did. It was a great beginning to a new season for me in a new city. I found myself sad to leave even though I have found a permanent place to live! The space itself is cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood is great for walking and close to lots of amenities. It is easy to get to anywhere in the Dayton area. Getting to know Kate in my five months living in this Airbnb has truly been a pleasure. She is extremely responsive, took care of any issues promptly, and I always felt like I was at home. The space is private and your own, but also having the ease of the host onsite is ideal. I recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, unique place to stay with a location that can't be beat and a consummate host. Thank you Kate, I will be forever grateful for this time & place!

Stayed a few days at this lovely little home. It was very clean, and comfortable. Had a great fenced backyard that my dogs could play in. Located near a park where we could also walk our dogs. Cozy beds and furnishings. I would highly recommend, especially if you are a pet owner. Would definitely book this place again if we are in the Dayton area.

This isn’t my first stay at Jeremy’s place, and it’s great every time. Clean, quiet, and close to the people I’m visiting.
